Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing sunken treatment including plaster and M&L for water proofing treatment on existing sunken portion with the following specification complete all as specified and directed with (a) 15 mm thick ( average) plaster on sunken floor in CM (1:4) with waterproofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified & directed . (b) Apply bituminous primer @0.5 kg/Sqm conforming to IS 3384-1965 on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (iii) Apply hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kgs/sqm confirming to IS 702-1988. (Iv) Laying polymeric water proofing memberae weight not less than 3.0 kgs/sqm as per manufacturer instructions confirming to IS. (v) Apply layer of blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kgs/Sqm confirming to IS. (vi) One spout of 40 mm GI pipe shall be provided in sunken floor and sunken porion shall be filled with lean concrete Type E-2 (1:5:10) using brick aggregate complete.

Removing demolished material exc 50 mtr and n. exc 100 mtr and deposited where directed rubbish materials all as specifed and directed.

M & L for applying one coat of cement base paint as per manufacturer instruction on existing old treated walls surfaces including preparation of surfaces all as specified.

M & L for two coat of cement base paint as per manufacturer instruction on existing old treated surfaces of walls after preparation of surfaces all as specified.

M & L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of distempering with acrylic distemper as per manufacturer instructions white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 0.50 mm thick Birla white putty/JK white wall care putty on old plastered surfaces of walls/Ceiling surfaces including removal of existing treatment.

M & L for apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted surfaces of wood and wood based of any description, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted surfaces of steel and steel based of any description, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples or screw complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any the size quality or description) from wooden or steel frames glazed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F PVC waste pipe size 32 mm x 800 mm flexible with coupling for WHB and Sink etc. complete all as specified and directed.(Make-Prayag/Symet/Polytuff) as in repair

S & F 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads or rubber beading in squares of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 4mm thick figured glass pin head type and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads or rubber beading in squares n exc 0.50 Sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm (without taking shutters from the frame).

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but exc 4.0 Sqm (without taking shutters from the frame).

S & F anodised aluminium frame/shutters for windows, ventilators sliding/openable etc including joining cleat for fixing, locking arrangement, rubber beading, screws, etc complete all as specified. Make : JINDAL/HINDALCO/INDALCO. Note : (i) Glazing and wire mesh shall be measured and paid separetely. (ii) Item shall be paid as per weight of aluminium section (iii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of neoprene beading, glazing pin, screws and powder coated fittings such as locking arrangement etc as required, which shall not be measured for arriving the weight (iv) The rate shall also be inclusive of complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surfaces of aluminium work, and including matching the existing.
