Supply of 4.0 Core x 300.0 Sq.mm. size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium armoured conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. Make: Polycab.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct (0.75 Mtrs. depth) in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc. as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. (Cable laying + Excavation). Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on existing trench / wall surface as required including proper clamping and fixing. a) Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40 x 3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass Compression gland (Double-compression glands) and Aluminium lugs for following 3.5/4.0C size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. Make of Alluminium Lugs and Brass Double compression gland. Glands : Dowells/Johnson. a) 3½ / 4 X 300 sq. mm (70mm)

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. agreegate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required. Water bound macadam.(0.15 x 0.45 x 50)

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tampling complete.(0.15 x 0.45 x 50)

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long using cement concrete and fixing the same in ground as required.

Alignment of cables for proper cable end terminations, in the soil, dismantling of unwanted existing cables, panels and switchgears as per the direction of E-I-C and depositing them in the yard.

Supplying and laying of following size HDPE pipe ISI marked / Jogeetha : Make along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, collars etc. suitable for the following cable sizes conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) in the existing cable trench etc., all complete as required (for 4Cx 300 Sq.mm power cable) (OD-120MM_ID-103MM). (PN-6 , PE-63 ) DN90ID80.9 - 90mm.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings in the existing trench ( 75 cm deep) and re-filling etc. as required Make: APOLLO / JINDAL. 100mm dia

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required. Note: Masonry enclosure size is 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet. As per IS 3043, charcoal / coke and salt should be refilled with 50 Kg each per earthpit. The copper plate has to be tinned, connected copper flats have to be brazed and only SS nut, bolts and washers are to be used. (SS Bolt Nuts & Washers should be used)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.(SS Bolt Nuts & Washers should be used)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or recess for connections etc. as required. (All Joints shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of SS nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 4.0mm dia / 6.0 SWG copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit / submain wiring/ cable as required.tinned at both the ends of terminal point, socketing with molten metal fixing all complete as required.

Providing and fixing earth bus of 50 mm X 5 mm Tinned copper strip on surface for connections etc. as required on porcelain insulators ( SS nut bolt & spring washer to be used)

Re-surfacing and removal of existing 40mm graval stone at 400KVA HT yard including making the soil surface even, chemical treatment of soil for removal of grass & shrubs all complete as required including supply of 40mm quality gravel stone of 150 cubic feet.

Supplying and fixing of 20 mm size of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. PVC Conduit make: VIP / Joegeetha / Supreme / Astral / Polycab / Modi's.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Cubicle panel with AL Bus and Earth Bus of rating 440V, 50HZ of size (1575x1500x500mm) IP55, suitable for outdoor application (double door) made out of 14SWG / 16SWG thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure with siemens grey, powder coated with mounting PEDESTAL stand (2Ft), earth bolts on either side, RYB indicating lamps, ON/OFF indications, gland plate including suitable AL Bus-bar with a provision to fix MCCB's with the following rating and suitable to accommodate 300sq.mm. Power cable. (Tentative GA Drawing attached & Final GA to be submitted for approval of E-I-C). a) INCOMER 630Amps,4P MCCB's,50KA - 02Nos. MCCB's with with RHOM & Spreader links all complete ;Schneider-LV563319 ; b) 630Amps,4P, 25KA, ATS & Controller all complete : 01 Nos. Make (preferably)-ELMEASURE / ASCO, 230Series Model no: E2ADTLB30630KD or its equivolent.

Installation of LT Cubicle panel of size (HxBxD) (1575x1500x500mm) IP54, at outdoors including cutting the existing basement, soil excavation, cement concrete 40mm/20mm stone jelly neat finishing, earthing of both ends etc at a depth of 1.5ft below earth surface, grouting the panel at suitable location as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge as required all complete.
