PIN FOR HORIZONTAL LEVER

1)Tenderers with satisfactory past performance for the tendered item or any type of steel item like angle,channel,round , plate & flat within last 03 years from date of tender opening to any Zonal railway or Railway PUs shall only be eligible for full/ bulk order.Other source may be considered for development order of 20% of the net procurement quantity, provide the firm submits documentary proof along with his offer in support of their credentials / satisfactory performance. 2) The Tenderer should enclosed detailed documents like PO Copy,R/Note & Other document along with his offer in support of his fulfillment of eligible criteria.Otherwise the offer will be summarily rejected.No Post Contract correspondence will be done in this regard.. 3) Offers of Firm quoting higher DP will be ignored.

The minimum offer validity should be 90 days.

Supplier shall furnish their GSTIN No and the HSN Code for the items quoted.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Purchaser shall not be responsible for any misclassification of HSN number or incorrect GST rate if quoted by the bidder.

The Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance. Such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored.
