M&L Acrylic emulsion polymer of acrylic single component low viscosity polymer for preventing leakages for slab, terrace, exterior, interior wall, Chajjas etc as per following procedure :- (a) Surface & surface preparation : Remove all the loose particles , dirt &dust clean by water, wire brush & mechanical cleaning, grease & oil should be cleaned using solvents, It the surface is previously coaated with tar, it should be thoroughtly scraped off. The surface should be dry before application . All the cracks and crevices in the concrete slab to be filled in with polymer mortar. (b) Base coat : Apply coat of polymer 960 dilute with water by brush on bare slab to be treated this will penetrate the pores of concrete seal them & also improve adhesion of sealing coats. (c) Finish paint : Apply two coat of water repellant acrylic FLEXCOAT by brush, available in any shade. It has more UV resistance & excellent scratch resistance. The finish paint is usually water borne non-yellowing grade PU coating in pastel colour shades. This coat is applied by brush and roller in 2 coats. The surface finishes glossy and slightly textured due to roller

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying 50 mm outside dia double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) of HDPE ISI Mark for enclosing cable below ground / road surface, to a required depth, including suitable size coplers for jointing of pipe all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting upto 45 cms width and depth 60 to 75 cm for laying GI pipe light grade/ hume pipe for cable protection including returning filling in and making good the disturbed portion to match with the existing roads by cement/ bitumen complete all as specified and directed. Note: If any existing services are damaged during execution of work, it shall be the responsibility of the contractor to rectify them.

Taking down the existing unserviceable Geyser and after disconnecting electrically & mechanically and examine & carry out the servicing/overhauling the geyser by thoroughly cleaning the tank, thermostat, heatingelement and LED Lamp indicator, testing in all respect for smooth running and refixing complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) Earth protection pipe & earthing lead wireupto and including 7.5 m length is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) On completion of the work/job, the contractor is to perform earth resistance tet to each earthing job in the presence of the Engr-in-Charge of his rep and submit Test Certificate duly signed and certified. If the test result are not satisfactory or not within the permissible limit of relevnt standards/IS, then the job is to be redone without any extra cost to the Dept till the result are satisfactory.

Supply, installation,commissioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage 80 litres and nominal cooling capacity 40 litres per hour including RO water purifier (RO + UV + UF + TDS control) cap 8 to 10 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 with 20 mm graded aggregate for copping of pole / transformer platform complete all as specified and directed.
