Electric Hot Water Generator (250 Kw)

Supply installation testing and commissioning of electric element type hot water boiler /generator complete with s tank, cylindrical shell 10mm with dished ends,sheet metal enclosure, integral electrical and control panel i/c all operational and safety controls. The Boiler shall be Vertical type capacity of 250 KW capacity, bank will consist five steps with micro processor intelligent step controller and reverse flow sensor, i/c making cc foudation and complete in all respects) Make/Model: Rapid Cool, Dyna Flow or any other approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of hot water coupled pump set having mechanical seal, GM impeller suitable to deliver 30LPS at 30 mtr head centrifugal 2900 RPM with 20 HP Squirrel cage /TEFC induction motor & making suitable CC (Cement : Concrete) foundation , connection etc. as required.Make/Model:- Kirloskar, Crompton or any other approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Forced Air Radiator Unit (3000 KCAL) & Fan Coil Units (4500Kcal)

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of compact type, Hi static Hiwall mounted power coated hot water Forced air radiator unit of following capacity free air discharge capacity complete with fan blower suitable for operation on single phase 230 V 50 Hz AC supply complete with finned hot water finned coil, air filter washable complete with thermostate modulating valve / 3/4 " brass ball valve with strainer on inlet and 3/4" brass ball valve on outlet complete as required. Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of low noise decorative type ( fancy) ABS and steel body Fan Coil Units 4500Kcal capacity complete with filter section with 12 mm thick box type prefilter , fan section with DIDW Centrifufgal forward cureve direct driven fan in motor, coil section, 2 way motorised valves with spring return actuator, set of ball valve with stainer & digital thermostat 3 ROW as reqd. complete in all respect. Make/Model :- Ventair, Rapidcool,modren engineering or any other approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

PIPING WORKS

INSULATED HOT WATER PIPING

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of hot water piping and fittings complete with supports, hangers and specified insulation thickness. All piping shall be black mild steel Class C, ISI marked with fitting. The unit rate of piping shall include this support arrangement and hangers i/c wooden saddles where required under insulation at support points.The piping shall be insulated with 80Kg/ M.Cub. section density fiberglass insulation finally covered with 26 gauge Al. Cladding for outside and 6mm plaster for inside complete as required

200 mm pipe with 50 mm insulation.

150 mm pipe with 50 mm insulation.

125 mm pipe with 50 mm insulation.

100 mm pipe with 50 mm insulation.

ERW Piping

Supplying, laying / fixing, testing & commissioning of following sizes of un insulated MS ERW piping conforming to IS 3589 class - C with necessary clamps supports, vibration isolators, hangers, fittings such as bends tees, reducers etc as required

50 mm Diameter.

20 mm Diameter.

Providing, laying and fixing of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, unarmoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc. of the required size:-

Unarmoured cable 16 sq. mm (four core)

Main Electrical Panel

Dismantling the old equipment of old Central Heating Plant with gas cutter i/c boiler , pumps panel and AHU and piping inside the building i/c stacking the dismantle material to suitable place.

Note:- All the rates quoted by the contractor shall be complete finished work including cost of all labour, material, scaffolding, finishing as required with tools, plants, lead, lift, taxes, tollage, octroi, royalties etc. except those specially excluded in the description of the individual items. All works shall be executed as per drawings, specification and instructions of Site incharge and shall include the supply and installation at site of all the equipment, ancillary materials as specified and all such items what-so-ever which may be required to fulfill the intent and purpose as laid down in the specification and/or the drawings. All materials shall be as per ISI specification and with IS certification marked wherever applicable. The material shall be duly approved by Site incharge before incorporation in the actual work.
