REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF FALSE CEILINGS,WALL PANELLING AND CONNECTED WORKS TO CERTAIN BLDGS AT 505 SU AF

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and GI framework and suspenders complete all specified and directed.

S & F GI snap grid frame work for false celling comprising of the following sections for making partitions of 600x600 mm size fixed to walls with rawl plugs & screws and hanged to roof with and including 2mm dia SS wire suspender of suitable length and drilling and screwing to RCC roof/ hanging with roof steel member complete all as specified and as directed :- (i) main tee of size -38mmx24mmx0.3mm (ii) cross tee of size -28mmx24mmx0.3mm (iii) wall angle - 24mmx24mmx0.3mm All exposed portions of the grid section shall be powder coated of approved shade. S & F of 4 mm thick cement fibre board false ceiling Board Classic of approved texture of size, 595 X 595 mm size to be placed on snapgrid frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm thick plain Gypsum board false ceiling with GI frame work including all necessary drilling, cutting to fix electrical items as under :- (a) GI sheet channel 30x25x20mm of 24 gauge fixed with rawl plug and screws 450mm centre to centre along with perimeter of walls. (b) GI sheet channel made to shape 50x40x40mm of 24 gauge placed @ 600mm centre to centre from perimeter of wall except long wall (in one span). (c) GI sheet intermediate runners of size 45x10x10mm of 24 gauge fixed @ 1200mm centre to centre leaving frame of one side wall (in other span). (d) GI sheet 25mm wide & 20mm guage suspenders fixed with steel fasteners to roof, ceiling @ 1200mm centre to centre including plumbing in RCC slab. (e) Fixing of 12mm thick Gypsum boards, filling joints with jointing compound paste alongwith jointing tape mesh finishing complete with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on ceiling.. Note. The complete ceiling work shall be done as per manufactures instruction and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M/L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 with on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparing of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of Oil bound distember over 1.00mm thick putty and primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 12mm to 15mm thick WPC louver panel for wall panelling which is water proof, stain resistant, maintenance free, termite proof,tough and durable including cleats,clips,nails and L beading with the same shade as louvers complete all as specified and directed by engineer - in - charge.
