Earth work Excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with intial lead and lifts and all other incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, baling out water, forming protective bunds, coffer dam wherever necessary for dressing the bed below sill level etc., complete for Box cutting.

Providing GSB Grade V using materials as per clause 401.2.1 viz., sand, morrum, gravel, crushed stone individuals or combination there of which satisfies the grading I as per table 400.1 and satisfies the physi cal standareds given in cluse 401.2.2 and gives the 30 CBR including cost and conveyance of earth all materials and hire and machinery charges of Tools and plants employed and alll othe rincidental charges as per MORTH revision V

Providing and Laying Wet Mix Macadam Base Course of 250mm compacted thickness in two layers of 125mm thick or else as specified on the prepared sub base with gradeed stone aggregates and Granular materials of quality size and grading placed in layers as specified, including mixing in base mix plant, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader and compaction with vibrating rollers of 80 to 100 KN static weight and fine dressing to required grade and cross slope as shown in the drawing as per technical specification clause 408 of MORT & H.

Providing and Laying Prime coat over treated WMM surface using 7.00 Kgs of Bitumen emulsion for 10 sq.m area including cost and converyance of Bitumen emulsion binder including labour charges for preparing the surfce and applying the required quantity as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc, complete as per clause 503 of MORT & H specifications.

Providing and Laying Tack coat over treated WMM surface using 2.5 Kgs of Bitumen emulsion for 10 sq.m area including cost and conveyance of Bitumen emulsion binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc, complete as per clause 503 of MORT & H specifications.

Providing and Laying Tack coat over existing BT surface using 2.0 Kgs of Bitumen emulsion for 10 sq.m area including cost and conveyance of Bitumen emulsion binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc, complete as per clause 503 of MORT & H specifications.

Providing and laying Hot Mix Dense Bituminous macadam of 50-75 mm thick using course agggregate filler and with VG 40 Gr Bitumen Proportions as per mix design criteria specified the mixture is to be premixed in central hot mix plant and spreading with self propelled machanical paver, consolidating with vibratory roller as per standard specification clause 507 of MORT & H.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concete of 50 mm thick using course aggregate filler and with VG 40 Gr Bitumen jproportions as per mix design criteria specified the mixture is to be premixed in central hot mix plant and spreading with self propelled machanical paver, consolidating with vibratory roller as per standard specification clause 509 of MORT & H.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concete of 40 mm thick using course aggregate filler and with VG 40 Gr Bitumen proportions as per mix design criteria specified the mixture is to be premixed in central hot mix plant and spreading with self propelled mechanical paver, consolidating with vibratory roller as per standard specification clause 509 of MORT & H.

DRAIN WORK

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B including cost of all labour materials, tools, equipments and all incidental charges and sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal, removal of all logs, stumps and other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming of bottom of excavation back filling, clearing up the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per standard specification for foundation of drain.

Cement concrete M 10 grade in drain foundatrrion with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in plain concrete including centering & shuttering etc. with all leads and lifts complete as per drawing and Technical Specifrications Clause 309 and Sections 1500 & 170 for Drain

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Conrete M30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm and 12mm ISS size hard broken granite metal including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to worksite including cost of cement which has to be procured by the contractor but excluding cost and fabrication of steel including cost and labour charged for formwork and centering mixing the concrete, transporting, laying, vibrating, compacting, curing with all leads for soft potable water, working in all depths including hire, running and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed including as per standard specfication for Drain Box.

Supply and fabrication of Fe-500 D HYSD steel required for all RCC items of works involved in Bridge Structures in the schedule and cost of TOR steel conforming to IS:1786 at site, including fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods, straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including overlapping to the required length wherever necessary and placing the reinforement in position as specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., complete, as per standard specifications.

Providing Wrought iron and mild steel weided work using Grating frames including the cost of screens and welding road or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position but without the cost of excavation and concrete etc.,

Supplying and fixing of Heavy duty fiber reinforced Cement Concrete Man holes 750 mm dia with frames as per IRC SP 50-1999 as directed by the Departmental officers including labour charges for fixing at every intervals of 5 m along the drain including all other incidental charges etc., complete

ROAD FURNITURE

Providing and laying of hot appllied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick inculding reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm in exsclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished sufface to be level , Uniform and free from streaks and holes all complete as per Technical specifications and as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of road stud 100 X 100 mm, die-cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense relectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm up to a depth of 60 mm and be in a suitable bitumanous grout or epoxy mortor, all as per Bs 873 Part 4 : 1973

Providing Eight Lane to NH 32 from Km 28/0 to Km 29/500
