(a) Repair to almirah steel by removing dents from shutters, back, top, bottom and sides of almirah. Repair and refixing of existing legs by welding, repair and refixing of existing shelves and making it servicable and applying a coat of red oxide primer where ever required complete all as directed and specified .

(b) Supply & fix in replacement and welding of legs made of 1.00 mm thick plain black sheet complete all as directed and specified as per drg.

(c) Supply and fix in replacement 3 way lock, 4 levers with duplicate keys complete all as directed and specified

(d) Supply and fix in replacement shutters of almirah medium fabricated out of 1mm thick MS sheet complete with a coat of red oxide primer as shown on drg complete as directed and specified.

(e) Supply and fix in replacement CP MS handle as per existing pattern and design to any type of Almirah complete all as directed and specified

(f) M&L for spray painting to almirah large steel inner and outer surface with synthetic enamel paint olive green including preparation of surface after cleaning dirt/dust with emery paper all as directed and specifide.

(a) Repair to locker steel by removing dents from shutters, back, top, bottom and sides of almirah, repair , refixing and welding of existing legs made of 1.00 mm thick plain black sheet . Repair and refixing of existing shelves and making it servicable and applying a coat of red oxide primer where ever required complete all as directed and specified .

(b) Supply & fix and replacement & welding of legs made of 1.00 mm thick plain black sheet complete all as directed and specified as per drg.

(c) Supply & fix in replacement of aluminiun handle as per existing pattern and design to the lockers steel compete all as directed and specified .

(d) M&L for one coat of spray painting to locker steel inner and outer surface with synthetic enamel paint olive green including preparation of surface after cleaning dirt/dust with emery paper complete all as directed by engr in charge.

Table Office Clk Steel (Drg No: 1004/TP, CWE/MJR/STD/23)

(a) Supply & fix in repair top of the table made of prelaminated MDF board 18/19mm thick of teak veenered shade and PVC edging all around the top all as shown in drg and as directed and specified.

(b) Supply & fix in repair drawers of table made out of 1 mm thick MS sheet over all size of drawer 350x430 mm & 410 mm deep duly painted with a coat of red oxide all as shown in drg and as directed and specified..

(c) Supply and fix in repair back of box of table made out of 1.00 mm thick MS sheet duly painted with a coat of red oxide all as shown in drg and as directed and specified..

(d) Supply and fix in replacement 3 way lock, 4 levers with duplicate keys all as directed and specified

Table Dinning OR steel (Drg No: FD-165)

(a) Removing the existing unserviceable damage table top including aluminum sheet from the table and Supply & fix new table top 1900x685mm size of 18mm thick plain particle board (Phenyl bonded) exterior grade with 22 gauge aluminium sheet all as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Preparing of steel surface of table and applying one coat of synthetic enamel Black paint all as specified and directed.

(c) Cutting and removing the unserviceable damaged MS square pipe of steel frame of table dinning OR / form wih back / form without back where ever required and Supply & Fix by welding new MS square pipe of 25 X 25 X 1.6 mm thick duly painted with a coat of synthetic enamel Black paint over a coat of red oxide all as shown on drg as specified and directed.

Form without back (Drg No: FD-78M)

Removing the existing userviceable broken seat plank and Supply & fix new second class hard wood (Bijasal/Hollock) seat plank of size 1500x250mm and 25mm thick fixed to steel frame with GI nut/bolt & washer of adequate size of all as shown on drg as specified and directed.

Form with back (Drg No: FD-78M)

(a) Removing the existing userviceable broken seat plank and Supply & fix new second class hard wood (Bijasal/Hollock) seat plank of size 1800x250mm and 25mm thick fixed to steel frame with GI nut/bolt & washer of adequate size of all as shown on drg as specified and directed.

(b) Removing the existing unserviceable broken back rest plank and Supply & fix new second class hard wood (Bijasal/Hollock) back plank of size 1800x150mm and 19mm thick fixed to steel frame with GI nut/bolt & washer of adequate size of all as shown on drg as specified and directed.

(c) Preparing of steel surface of form wih back / form without back and applying one coat of synthetic enamel Black Paint as specified and directed.

Teapoy Verandah (Drg No: FD-255, FD-383)

(a) Supply & fix and welding of short runner of MS conduit pipe 12 mm bore of Teapoy verandah and duly painted with a coat of synthetic enamel white paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as shown on drg as specified and directed.

(b) Supply & fix in repair 18/19mm thick MDF board top and 4mm thick teak wood beading alround the top of teapoy verandah after dismantling old damaged/unserviceable top all as shown on drg all as specified and directed.

(a) Repair to book shelf open large steel by removing dent from back, top, bottom and sides repair and refixing of existing legs by welding and refixing of existing shelves and applying a coat of red oxide primer where ever required all as directed and specified.

Chair CB steel with Arms (Drg No: FD-75M)

(a) Repair/replacement by removing the existing broken seat frame and supply and fixing new seat frame made out of Teakwood with long screw duly polished all as per drg.

(b) Repair/replacement by removing the existing broken back rest frame and supply & fixing new back rest frame of teak wood frame duly polished all as per drg.

(c) Repair/Rplacement by means the existing broken hand rest and supply and fixing new 2nd class hard wood hand rest all as per drg.

(d) S & Fof iron flat off size 75x25x6mm thickduly welded with fram duly painted with black enamaled paint all as per drg as directed by engr-in -charge.

(e) Materials and labour for painting of Chair CB Steel With arm surfaces of any description of width and grith duly prepared the surfaces and sand papering and remove the stains and applying one coat of synthetic enamel Ist quality OG paint as directed by Engr-in-charge and approved by GE.

Chair CB steel w/o arms (Drg No: FD-75M)

(a) RepairReplacement by removing the existing broken seat frame and supply and fixing new seat frame made out of teak wood all as per drg.

(b) Repair/replacement by removing the existing broken back rest frame and suppply & fixing new back rest made out of teak wood all as per drg..

(c) S & F iron flat of size 75x25x6 mm flate duly welded with fram. duly painted with black enamaled paint all as per drg as directed by engr-in -charge all as per drg.

(d) Materials and labour for painting of Chair CB Steel With out arm surfaces of any description of width and grith duly prepared the surfaces and sand papering and remove the stains and applying one coat of synthetic enamel Ist quality OG paint as directed by Engr-in-charge and approved by GE.

Repair to Almirah Map Steel. (Drg No: FD-1030) M&L for repair & replacement of the following components of Almirah Map steel without disturbing the other components all as specified and shown on drg :-

(a) Chromium plated handle Godrej pattern as approved by GE and shown on drawing.

(b) S&F drawer unit by duly replacing the worn out existing drawer unit duly painting including preparation of surface.

(c) Replacement of automatic locking device as per existing pattern and size all as shown on drg and approved by GE.

(d) Replacement of ball bearing with channel as shown on drg and directed.

(e) Repair of existing drawer to bring in original shape for movement all as shown or drg and directed.

(f) M & L for synthetic enamel spray painting of OG colour over steel surface of Almirah Map Steel internal one coat & external two coats including preparation of surface complete all as specified & directed.

(a) Supply & fix in replacement and welding of 6mm dia MS hollow 3 nos equi-distance as per drg and existing all as directed and specified.

(b) M&L for cutting and removing the unserviceable damaged MS pipe of steel frame of shoe rack where ever required and Supply & Fix by welding new MS conduite pipe of 6mm Dia duly painted with a coat of synthetic enamel Black paint over a coat of red oxide all as shown on drg as specified and directed.

(c) M&L for spray painting to surface with synthetic enamel paint black including preparation of surface after cleaning dirt/dust with emery paper all as directed and specifide.
