Dehydration and filtration of the existing transformer/servo voltage stablizer oil by Dehydration plant to achieve di-electric strength of 40 KV at the gap of 4mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes:- Dehydration plant shall be brought at site by the contractor and shall also include the following provisions a) Testing of transformer /servo voltage stablizer oil before & after dehydration shall be carried out as directed. b) The Unit of payment under this item shall be per liter of oil meant for all processes to the entire completion of jobs. (c) Contractor will maintain a register of dehydration and filtration of each and every eqpt as per format given by Engr-in-charge and submit the same to Engr-in-charge.

Supply and filling transformer oil for topping up or replacement in different existing transformers outdoor/indoors type of any capacity located and installed at different places and different height complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Make Power oil Note: - The entire quantity of transformer oil shall be procured in one go. The complete material shall be brought at site and then as per requirement oil should be shifted to site. The Purchase Vrs of transfer oil will be verified by AGE personally and certificate for the supply of genuine transformer oil shall be kept on record. Cost of this aspect deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Supply and replacement of dehydrating agents (Silca gel) in transformers of capacity upto 1000KVA transformer outdoor/indoor type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting/removing of HT/LT cable and earth connections of aluminum/copper wound, 11KV/433 volts, 415/380 volt and 415/220volts of capacity 60-1000 KVA, outdoor/indoor type transformer of any make , draining out of the transformer oil in empty barrels provided by the department and transporting in a store provided by the department at a distance not exceeding 2KM , transporting the unserviceable transformer to a civil workshop approved by Engineer- in- charge (T& P and crane/vehicle to be arranged by the contractor) , opening of the transformer in workshop, , taking out core and coil assembly including HT/LT coil complete, removing tape, paper insulation strips etc gently & carefully, washing/cleaning of the dust, rust and dirt from all metal parts inner/outer surface of transformer including cooling tube, rewinding of LT coil with existing size of copper coil duly insulated with suitable insulation material and re-assembling after suitable repair/replacement of parts transporting back to sub station, installation ,testing and commissioning at site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- (a) Labour for repair/new parts shall be included in the quoted rates by the contractor except transformer oil, rewinding of LT/HT coil will be paid separately under respective items. and taking out of the following old defective part from existing transformer of capacity 60 KVA to 1000 KVA of any make (for the transformer mentioned under items No 4 here-in-above) and in lieu providing new parts in the above tansformer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge for the followings.

Replacement of LT leg coil in copper winding with insulation varnishing and baking coil assembly

Replacement of HT leg coil in copper winding with insulation varnishing and baking coil assembly NOTE:for srl item No-04- (i) Transformer will be repaired from approved manufacturer. (ii) Transformer will be repair after prior approval of CWE (AF) TKD.

Supply and replacement of LT bushing (Brass stud and bolts with porcelian insulator) suitable size to fixed the transformer capacity range 60 to 400 KVA including replacement of gasket , cable glands, etc to make the transformer leak proof complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

All as per item ser No 5 here-in-before but suitable for 500 KVA to 1000 KVA transformer

Supply only ceramic bushing and Gasket on LT side of transformer of following capacities (Make : Mysore Potteries/BHEL :-

M&L for Painting of transformer after cleaning the body surface of transformer by rubbing with emery Paper to remove oil stains, dust etc and applying two coat of snthetic enamel paint by spray painting including preparation of surfaces capacity of transformer of following capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide in not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shaft well, cesspits, manholes, fire hole etc n.exc 10sqmm on plan and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection laid in trenches / in existing cable ducts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: For payment point of view, compacted thickness of sand shall be measured.

Supply & laying in reinforcement PCC cable covers, class-HV type-I, flat, size 300x180x40mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for brick laying with subclass 'B' bricks well burnt, laid dry flat in trenches for protection of cable over LT cable, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

M&L in replacement of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of sizes 240 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
