TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORK FOR OTM ACCN UNDER AGE BR II OF GE BENGDUBI

Term contract work complete items of work all sections included in the MES SSR-2009 Part-l (Specifications) and SSR-2020 Part-ll (Rates) hereafter referred to be the MES Schedule including errata/amendments as applicable and as specified in the tender documents. Notes :- (i) Entries (Figures/ works) under column 03 to 07 are fictitious and shall not be given cognizance as this format is being used to accommodate quoting of Term Contract. (ii) Numerical figure of percentage quoted above shall only be given cognizance for acceptance. (iii) Estimated amount shown in NIT is fixed and inclusive of SSR amount enhanced by contractor's quoted percentage. (iv) Goods & Service tax as per GOI , Ministry of Finance (Department of revenue) notification has become leviable on the all works contract. The contractor has to pay GST as per Govt of India notification already published. It is the express condition of the contract that the percentage quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of GST as applicable and no reimbursement of tax paid by the contractor shall be made by the Govt.
