Traders who are quoting on behalf of RDSO SOURCES, are advised to offer Make or Brand with current tender Specific authorization from FROM RDSO SOURCES along with their offer otherwise their offer will be summarily ignored.

FOR PURCHASE FROM RDSO SOURCES:Railway Board letter 2001/RS (G)/779/7 Pt 2 dated 25.06.2018 and 2001/RS(G)/779/7 Pt 2 Dated 06.11.2018 will be applicable.

The status of the firm (FOR RDSO SOURCES) shall be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter unless in case of downgrading/removal/suspension/banning.

Whenever tender is floated with purchase restriction from sources approved by nominated authorities and there exists a suspected cartel situation by approved sources or the rates available from approved source/sources are adjudged unreasonably high, despite fair efforts as permissible, the purchaser reserves the right to place orders on firms outside the approved vendors list, without any restrictions.

FOR RDSO SOURCES: Where there are not more than three Indian suppliers categorized as Approved Vendor for a perticular item, developmental vendors can be considered for placement of Bulk order without any quantity restrictions. (As per Railway Board Letter no. 2001/RS(G)/779/7 Pt 2 Dated 06.11.2018)

Security Deposit and Earnest Money Deposit :- FIRM MUST CAREFULLY READ THE NWR LATEST TENDER CONDITION SPECIALLY REGARDING SECURITY DEPOSIT , EMD AND DELIVERY PERIOD AS ATTACHED WITH TENDER FOR EMD AND SD RAILWAY BOARD LETTER NO.2018/Trans Cell/Store Procurement dated 02.01.2019 and 2004/RS(G)/779/11/Pt. DATED 27.03.2019 OR LATEST WILL BE APPLICABLE. Delivery Period of Purchase order will start from date of AAL/LOA (Letter of acceptance).

Firm must be carefully examine the contents of PO and case any discrepancy noted, shall make a representation within 15 days of the date of PO. Any representation there after for DP re- fixation or other shall not be considered.

TENDERER SHOULD MENTION IN THEIER OFFER :-1. NAME OF MANUFACTURER WITH COMPLETE ADDRESS. 2.PLACE OF INSPECTION BE INDICATED WITH COMPLETE ADDRESS.OPTION FOR INSPECTIONS AT GODOWNS/OUTSTATION /MULTPLE PLACES BE STRICTLY AVOIDED,AND PREFERABLY BE PERMITTED ONLY AT MANUFACTURERS PLACE .

I/We also confirm that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance.Such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored.[Denial of this condition not recommended]
