M & L for Excavation over area n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Excavation over area exc 1.5 m deep and n exc 3.0m deep and getting out in pulverized hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Excavation over area exc 3.0 m deep and n exc 4.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exe 25cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Removing excavated material of any description to a distance exc 1.0km and n.exc 1.5km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hard core of gauge n. exc 63mm with broken stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15cm thick watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) with coarse aggregates of 65mm to 20mm 70% adding stone dust 30% ( compacted thickness exceeding 100mm thick but not exc 200 mm thick) spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to12 tonne Power roller to required gradient and camber, in granite aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack of coat of paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic dense concrete 150 mm thick (layed in layers of 40mm) consolidated thickness with paving bitumen VG 30 @ 6% binder content by wt of total mix using paving bitumen laid with mechenical paver , rolled and consolidated to reqd camber complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Ser Item No. 1.00 to 9.00: (a)Notice/ Verbal order for the RRS practice will be issued by GE in short Notice and in urgent manner.The contractor will be ready to do RRS practice in any time up to the completion date of Contract. (b) During RRS contractor has to do Crater repair in Runway /Taxi track/ Dispersal according to the directions issued by GE/ Engr-in-Charge. (c) The requisite men, safety equipments, tools, plants and materials required to execute the work will be available at site within one hour from the moment of verbal orders from the GE. (d) Rate in respect of Services to provided by Vide note (a) to (c) shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of Contractor in the BOQ. Nothing extra will be admissable in this account.
