Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025percent of the contact value Min Rs.500 and Max Rs.7500 soon after contract has been issued to bidder

As per Karnataka State Government Order No. LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and G.No. PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27.7.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted welfare fund

Conditional Tenders will not be accepted

The tenderer shall obtain the work done certificate in the prescribed format from the competent Authority Executive Engineer (District level Officer) and scan the original Certificate and attach the scanned file Certificate/ Certificates shall be produced at the time of opening of technical Bids for physical verification

Financial year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and thirty first day of March inclusive

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason

Tenderer shall note that the tenderers those found Eligible to the conditions mentioned in Section-3 Qualification Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) will only be considered for further evaluation

All materials required for this work, shall be procured by the Tenderer himself and should be got tested by the quality control authorities, at his own cost before use on the work

All the items includes with all Leads and Lifts, Loading and Unloading, Cost of materials, Labour, HOM of machineries as per Standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work and other incidental items which are necessary for the successful completion of the work

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPPP portal.

The tendered shall scan the original ownership document/ lease / hire commitment Agreement scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced at the time of opening of Technical Bid & copies attested by Notary/Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be submitted for records

The Item Rate quoted shall include the Royalty charges on Construction materials and other taxes as applicable

The Project Completion Period is 31 days and the tenderer should maintain the work during the defect and liability period. Which is 1 year after the successful completion of the work

Proof of Site Visit Certificate from Registrar RCU should be enclosed

Technical Criteria

General

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates
