Taking down/removing of existing water proofing treatment on roof surfaces and wall surfaces complete, including screed bed, racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including dismantling of lightening strip and refixing the same in position, and removing rubbish out from MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Dismantling and refixing of the lightening strip is deemed to include in the rate quoted if any.

Material and labour for spreading / brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg/ Sqm on old concrete surface complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for PCC(1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) for padding concrete as on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick (average) screed bed in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces on roof, mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately).

Material and labour for preparation of horizontal or vertical surfaces for water proofing treatment on existing cleaned RCC roof with the following specification and manufacturings instruction complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Preparing and cleaning of fully dry surfaces as per IS3067-1966 (b) Applying bitumen primer conforming to IS:3384-1968 over the cleaned plaster surface @ 0.5 Ltr per sqm (c) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrance 3.0mm thick (minimum) weight 3.0Kg per sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non woven fabric weighing not less than 160gms per sqm by torch application. The over laps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction. (d) Applying one coat of aluminium paint @0.10 ltr per sqm over APP based polymeric membrane.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3.

Material and labour for introducing new reinforcement bars upto 12 mm dia for structural connection in RCC beams, columns, lintel and slabs including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and upto 200mm including power drilling,fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy cartridges including all necessary scaffolding, etc all as specified and directed. Note:- MS reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately. Make :- Hilti HY 150/ Fosroc Lockfix E 75 chemical or quivalents solutions SIKA /STP/ HINDCON as approved by GE.

Material , labour and prepared existing reinforcement surface by brush and application two component epoxy zinc rich primer on existing reinforcement surface of minimum specific gravity 1.75, adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.50N/mm2 and maximum coverage area 5.00 Sqm per litre including all necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified and directed. Make- Nitozinc primer of FOSROC or equivalents chemical of SIKA / STP/ HINDCON as approved by GE.

Providing and applying two component epoxy bonding agent (Mixed density : 1.48Kg/ltr, adhesive bond strength to be >2.50 MPs) for bonding fresh wet cementitious materials to existing cementitious surfaces bonding agent of approved brand including all necessary scaffolding, complete all as per manufacturer instruction . Make :- Nitobond EP (Std) of FOSROC or equivalents chemical of SIKA / STP / HINDCON as approved by GE.

Supply, materials and application of two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar of compressive strength, flexural strength shall not be less than 45 MPa at 28 days , 7MPa at 28 days respectively ( maximum coverage area 1.3 sqm per 25 kg pack @ 10 mm thickness) over a coat of epoxy Bonding agent on existing surface for strengthening of beams, columns & other structural elements of average thickness 25mm and morter shall be applied in layers n.exc 6mm thick in layers and including surface preparation as per manufacturers instruction including all necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified and as directed.(Any storey/ height of building/ structure) Note:- This item shall be execution where shuttering is not possible or small patch repairs of structural elements . Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer including applying one or more coat of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS (ii) Painting work shall be carried out directly through a paint manufacturer as approved by GE or their approved applicator. (iii) After completion of work approved paint manufacturer or their approved applicator shall submit warranty for one year on workmanship and warranty on product as applicable.

Note :- (i) Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS (ii) Painting work shall be carried out directly through a paint manufacturer as approved by GE or their approved applicator. (iii) After completion of work approved paint manufacturer or their approved applicator shall submit warranty for one year on workmanship and warranty on product as applicable.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment, washing, rubbing down and stopping of old painted/treated surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer including applying one or more coat of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS (ii) Painting work shall be carried out directly through a paint manufacturer as approved by GE or their approved applicator. Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer after complete removal of old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying french polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surfaces including a coat of wood filler on old work with one or more coats after complete removal of old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or un plastered surfaces of wall and cornices by brooming down with steel wire brushing , scraping down smoke spot moulds , mass and efflorcscent salts and trating oil and greay spots and applying one coat of white wash to wall complete all as specified and directed

The profile manufacturer should have extrusion facility in India and the windows to be assembled and installed by an authorised local fabrication partner . The windows must be installed complete with all kinds of iron mongery in Ist quality (including EPDM gaskets,bridging wedges and glass packers) and with suitable water draining system. Application of Silicon sealant from Inside and Outside of Dowcorning / GE or equivalent. The profiles have a warranty of 20 years. The profiles shall conform to BSI Quality Management System ISO 9001-2015 and Environmental Management System ISO 14001-2015 and also scaffolding if required for fixing is deemed to include in the rate quoted complete all as specified and directed. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded pre-laminated PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of pre-laminated PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.
