Sch 'A' Sec-XIV (Miscellaneous Items) Note : This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 siginifies this fact only.

Bringing approved earth (as approved by Garrison Engineer) from sources outside defence land including all cost such as royalty if any, transportation, taxes, etc. for area filling / area development including raising of original ground level by approved earth and including spreading in layers not exc 30cm thick each layer ,watering , compaction with 8 tonne to 12 tonne power roller and finished. Notes:- (i) Earth required for the item, shall be supplied by contractor, from out side MOD land as approved by GE, of any lead, at his own arrangement. (ii) All cost of procurement of earth including cost of transportation, compaction, royalties, tax etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) With reference to clause 3.6 of MES part-II on serial page No-21 it is clarified that measurement of the above item shall be of finished embankment of filled earth after consolidation /compaction and 5% deduction shall be made from measured and calculated volume to allow for increase in bulk. (iv) Total quantity /partial quantity of earth may not be available in Leimakhong Area. The contractor has to bring the earth from out side area and it is advised to quote the rate considering availability of soil and its lead involved.

M & L for 300 mm thick cushioning of 75mm graded stone metal mixed with sand in 2:1 laid & compacted in layers of 150mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 300 mm dia stone column filled with 75mm graded stone metal mixed with sand in 2:1 laid & compacted in layers of 150mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install and testing of centrifugal pumping sets, electric driven, 10 HP inclusive of FASD starter of suitable capacity and PCC foundation set having discharge capacity 33 Cum/Hr at 40m head with CI casing, CI impellers, shafts, coupled with electric driven, 3 Phase induction motor TEFC of suitable capacity, 415V, 50 Hz, including suitable size factory made base frame with channel (Gde Fe-410 S) angle or Tee sections, cut to required length and making holes for fixing of motor and pumps, including providing suitable and vibration pads with nuts, bolts & washers, electrical cable/connections etc. and connecting with suction and discharge water mains including providing suitable foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 100mm bore sluice valve (operation-cap) both side flanged, ISI marked (IS No 14846-2000 class PN-1.6) having cast iron body, cast iron hand wheel, non rising type with brass spindle, cheek nuts and sliding gate type body including testing against any leakages complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 100mm bore, cast iron Non return valve, flange type with by pass arrangement class PN 1.6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, testing and commissioning of hose drum with 20mm rubber hose pipe 30m long ISI marked IS 444 hose reel shall be mounting on wall with fastener drilling 20mm dia, including globe valve 20mm and GI pipe fitting for mounting hose pipe 20mm, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Pressure gauge 100 mm dia with ball valve of pressure 0-21 kg/Sqcm

Supply & Fix Cast Iron Air release Valves with two air Outlets, 100 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix hydrant landing valve type A (single head outlet) of 63 mm dia confirming to IS-5290 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for continuous edging with 100 mm thick PCC solid blocks M-15 (Nominal mix) (Block size 300 x 200 x 100 mm) laid on edges vertically with width equal to the depth of the blocks including embedding the blocks in ground and taping the ground around the blocks and removal of surplus soil if any complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Gun-metal, gate valves suitable for 80mm bore GI pipe, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix 80mm bore sluice valve (operation-cap) both side flanged, ISI marked (IS No 14846-2000 class PN-1.6) having cast iron body, cast iron hand wheel, non rising type with brass spindle, cheek nuts and sliding gate type body including testing against any leakages complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install triple pole air break switch mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level, current rating upto 200 Amps HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 12 insulators of rating 200 Amps in and including expulsion fuse single pole for each phase in and including necessary operating pipe, clamps for fixing and operating handle complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of transformer step down 200 KVA outdoor type, 3 phase 50 cycles (50HZ) AC oil immersed, air naturally cooled with external cooling tubes/radiator double wound core type copper wound having no load voltage ratio 11 KV/433 volts corresponding to principal tapping delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV side) inaccordance with vector symbol DYN-11 with neutral brought out on LCV side for earthing and having tapping on HV side for constant output so as to alter/vary secondary voltage from +2.5% to +7.5 in steps of 2.5 % to be changd by means of manually operated "OFF LOAD" tap changing arrangements complete and confirming to IS 1180 including making suitable size PCC platform. M & L for RCC septic tank conventional type for 150 users design to carry sewage and sludge water constructed with RCC M-30 (Design Mix) including excavation in any type of soil earthwork, returning, filling in and removal of soil upto not exceeding 50m and as shown in TD drawing No. CESZ/2020/STD-02 sheet 1/2 & 2/2 and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for soakage well of size 3.0 m dia and 3.0 m effective depth including intercepting chamber and screen chamber, including excavation in any type of soil earthwork, returning, filling in and removal of soil upto not exceeding 50m and as shown in TD drawing No. CESZ/2020/TD-45, sheet 1/2 & 2/2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of 20 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors/trenches including special fittings like CPVC Brass fittings (Brass elbow, Brass Tee, Male threaded brass adaptor, Female threaded brass adaptor) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix modular type Telephone jack RJ-11 white colour fixed in 1 module box comprising of flush metal box, inner plate and outer cover, all conforming to IS-3854 complete all as specified and directed.
