Item No. 01 : Taking down cement plaster on brick Walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 02 : Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 03 : Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6,using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 04 : Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6,using old bricks as retrieved against item no:-3 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 10 : Material & labour for prepration of newly plastered surfaces and finishing the surfaces of wall with wall putty and applying two coats of Oil Bound distemper over one Coat of Cement Primer of, any colour, complete all as specified & directed.

Item No. 11 : M & L for complete removal of existing treatment over wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as directed

Item No. 12 : M & L for complete removal of existing treatment over wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion complete all as directed

Item No. 13 : M&L for complete removal of existing surfaces of walls of any description by washing, rubbing down and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion weather coat paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 14 : Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of white wash incl preparation of old surface complete all as specified.

Item No. 15 : Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 16 : Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 23 : Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles /roof covering material single layer on roofs complete all as specified

Item No. 24 : Scarpping surfaces of roof by wire brushing and removing all loose dust and cleaning and washing down the surfaces with water complete all as directed.

Item No. 25 : M&L for 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortor 1:3 laid over roof with integral water proofing admixture @ 200 ml per 50 kgs of cement (after the cement is cured the roof will be tested for water tightness by ponding with water for seven days of any seepage/leakage etc.) Note :- supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Item No. 26 : M&L Applying membrane on primed surface by press application method with minimum 75 mm longitudinal wise lap and 100 mm over lap on the transverse direction duly sticked using 3 mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished non woven polyester reinforced (wt not less than 150 grams) over applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.4 kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 27 : M&L for two coats of bituminous based aluminum paint on APP membrane all as specified and directed.

Item No. 28 : M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 for fixing tiles. (Note :- Screed bed shall be mixed with water proofing compound as specified and directed and shall be measured and paid separately)

Item No. 29 : M&L for 20 mm thick machine cut & polished cement concrete tiles factory made with grey cement without pigment of size 250mm x 250 mm laid in neat cement slurry over screed bed and tiles properly laid with 3 mm wide joints filled with tile glue or as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 30 : PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs, benches and water troughs etc. including necessary moulding complete all as specified & directed.

Item No. 31 : M&L Providing precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) set in CM 1:6 in window or door cills, lintels,bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), copings, kneelers, apex stones,, columns, posts, with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 32 : M & L cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Item No. 33 : Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description n exc 1.5 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame)complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 34 : Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) but exc 1.5 and n. exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 35 : Taking down shutters of any description n exc 1.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 38 : S&F Powdwer coating anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators (minimum thickness of powder coating 30 Micron) with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified

Item No. 39 : S & F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 30 micron) for side hang shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Item No. 41 : S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 42 : S & F 4 mm thick frosted glass pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane etc complete all as spd and directed.

Item No. 43 : S&F Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 44 : S & F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood polymer composite) solid door/window/ceosetory windows & other frames/chowkhats of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC ploymer of K value 58-60 (suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strenght of 2200 N (Face) & 1100N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixede in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (M.S. hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerence in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Item No. 45 : S&F factory made solid PVC Moulded door shutter(with particle board core), 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC sheet on front face and 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing

In small widths/depths ( exposed area exc 0.05 sqm but n exc 0.10 Sqm ) by breaking the cracked/loose portion and filling with Cement Mortar / Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ,Type B-0 , using 12.5 mm Crushed stone aggregates , over GI wire mesh, giving a coat of anti corrosive paint to exposed Reinforcement and using coat of anti corrosive paint to exposed Reinforcement and using chemical for bonding old and new concrete/plaster and finishing with CM 1:3 plastering, incl 2 coats of white wash to match the exisitng surfaces incl removing debris , necessary scaffolding , etc all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement if any provided shall be measured and paid separately)

Item No. 91 : All as per ser item No 90 above herein before but exposed area exc 0.10 Sqm but not exc 0.16 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

(a) One light point controlled by one piano 5 Amps switch complete all as specified.

(b) One fan (ceiling/exhaust/wall) point controlled by one piano type 5 Amp switch and fan regulator complete all as specified.

(c) One light point controlled by two 2 way switches all as specified.

(d) One socket outlet 3 pin 5 Amps on the same board controlled by separate switch. (Switch, socket shall be measured separately).

(e) One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amps independent board complete all as specified. (Switch, socket shall be measured separately).

(f) One bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board withother switches in independent with cables 1.5 sq.mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 186 :- M&L for XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable of size 25 sq mm 4 core with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall sheather laying in trenches/ cable ducts, fixed to wall/pole complete all as specified and directed of following sizes Note:- (i) Excavation & earth work, sand, cable cover for cable protection shall be measured & paid seperatelyin respective items here in after (ii) Cost of cutting chasing in Road , PCC floor, tiles & wall resurfacing and making good with PCC 1:3:6 as required as per existing surface deemed to be included in items qouted rate.
