MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORKS (SCH 'A' PART-X)

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and fixing GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32mm dia and bent to shape, 1.5 mtr long, MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 32mm thick with nuts & bolts, washers and drilling of holes for nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing energy efficient LED bulb, B-22, 9 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans 900mm sweep, 230 Volt, 5 star rating complete with blades, canopy, clamps, down rod of length as reqd at site and accessories including necessary connections with 3 core 0.50 Sqmm wire complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ROAD, PATH AND CULVERT WORKS

Material and labour for providing and marking broken centre line /side lines /Zebra lines 2mm thick on road pavement and the like of any description and width with thermoplasitc paint hot applied with machine conforimng to BS-3262 and according to the specification laid down by IRC & MoST (Ministry of Surface Transport) specification 2001(4th revision) complete all as specified/ directed.

Supply and fixing in repair plastic speed bumps made of ABS plastic material with 2 highly reflective reflector moulded in PMMA material welded with ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding process of them fixed on speed bumb so that dust and water cant touch the reflectors inside area and thus maintains reflectivity for a long time 4 Nos metallic bolts are used for installation. The under side of the bump shall be filled with PCC 1:2:4 duly cured so as to achieve full strength and duly fixed with a mix of epoxy compund in black and yellow combination and size of speed bump (L) 350 x (W) 263 x (H) 53 mm complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair Solar Powered warning flashers, LED based, DC solar dual flasher, with 18 watt Solar Panel, 12 Volts Battery, 144 LED panel in each flasher, Dusk to dawn, fuses and fittings including fixing of post 3000mm x 47mm powder coated MS pipe (4mm thick body) fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair road studs high density reflective reflective lens ABS plastic body yellow coloured 90 x 100x 17 mm fixed with nails and adhesive.

Supply and fixing in repair dual-directional delineator made out of 16 guage MS rectangular pipe of size 25 x 68mm and of length 600mm, pipe stove enamelled and baked to 120 degree C/Powder coated, Head made out of ABS Plastic rectangular moulded with flat face provided with High Intensity Prismatic Reflectors of colour (white/yellow/red) of size 100 x 125mm (total height 750 mm) with additional 2 reflective strips of 25mm wide on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair solar stud size of 125mm x 125mm x 25mm, made from aluminium alloy and PC construction, solar controller complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair solar delineator made from polycarbonate and toughened aluminium alloy body. Height- 145mm, diameter - 80mm, Delineator height - 80mm, comprises of 4 super bright LEDs which give 360 degree viewing. Solar Panel - 2.5 V, 120 mm (approx) 1.25 V rechargeable battery - 1 No. Delineator also has high intensity retro-reflective band of 25mm width for extra visibility including post 1000mm x 47mm powder coated MS pipe. Fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of double legged informatory board sign board of size 1.5m x 1.2m single side fixed on frame of stainless steel of round pipe 50mm dia (304 grade) outer frame all around of stainless steel pipe 580mm dia (304 grade) to be provide alongwith the round pipe. The boards are to be made of high intensity unmettalised prismatic grade retro-refluctive sheeting 400 micron thick of make Avery dennison/E3M, Duly processed on 3mm thick aluminium composite panel confirming to IS : 736 with heat lamp vacum applicator, etched treatment, hand squeezed roller applicator mechine. the letters of any description of size cutout, logo, formation signs etc shall be 400 micron thick of any colour to be cut with high pressure computerised cutting plotter or with high quality digital prinnting with lamination to have longer life and duly fixed on the sheet base high intensity grade unmettalised prismatic grade white sheeting. The aluminium composite panel duly processed as above shall be fixed on the frame with aluminium snap bead rivits in very neat manner. Then these board are to be fixed on vertical posts made of 50mm dia stainless steel pipe of grade 340 16 gauge, glossy finish 3m long with 50 mm dia SS pipe and MS plate 3mm thick duly welded at bottom of pipes including 02 Nos decorative bowls of SS-304 grade to be provided at the top of 50mm dia SS pipe. Total height of pipe shall be 3m above the ground level and 0.45mm to be embadded and grouted in ground all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing sign board of any size, any type and refixing the same at same location including excavation in post holes, embedding in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 complete all as specified and directed

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Cutting of road / hard standing / foot path not exceeding 0.60 cm wide and 1.0 mtr depth for laying of pipe line including making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 of required quantity to make up the digged depth with existing road complete all as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches, jointing and testing centrifugally cast Ductile Iron pressure pipe, 250mm dia bore with spigot and socketed ends conforming to IS-8329-2000 suitable for (push on) tyton joints Class 'K-7' complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches, jointing and testing centrifugally cast Ductile Iron pressure pipe, 150mm dia bore with spigot and socketed ends conforming to IS-8329-2000 suitable for (push on) tyton joints Class 'K-7' complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches, jointing and testing centrifugally cast Ductile Iron pressure pipe, 100mm dia bore with spigot and socketed ends conforming to IS-8329-2000 suitable for (push on) tyton joints Class 'K-7' complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 120cm x 120cm x 120cm (internal size) with mild steel sheet cover 3.15mm thick and frame of angle iron of size 40x40x 6mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including excavation and earth work,150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 as in foundation,brick work in cement mortar (1:6),locking arrangement and all inner of pit shall be plastered 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and 50mm thick coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 over brick wall complete all as specified and as shown in Drg No. CEJZ/TD-1060 Sheet No. 1/3 to 3/3.

Cutting existing CI/DI GI water pipe upto 250 mm pipe line including necceasary earth work all as specified and directed .

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and erecting in position hot dip galvanized steel octagonal pole 7.0 metre long, minimum galvanization 65 microns, top dia 70mm, bottom dia 130/135mm, sheet thickness 3mm & door opening of size 80mm x 500mm above from GL having suitable internal arrangement to fix MCB SPN and four core cable to avoid any short circuit, incl with base plate of size 220mmx220mmx12mm thickness min with 04 Nos hole, incl J type foundation bolts of size M 20 x 600mm length-04 Nos with nuts and incl hot dip galvanized bracket 1000mm overhang on both sides to fit two light fittings with 48.3mm outer dia, 3.2mm thick pipe suitable for top portion of pole complete with any type of complete, including excavation work in any type of strata, RCC foundation with reinforcement, any form work complete as per deptt. approved drawing provided by contractor from pole manufacturer considering SBC 10T/Sqm and incl provn of 2 Nos PVC pipe of suitable size to pass cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 6.01 here-in before but triple plain arm bracket

Supply and fixing time switches astro type (having longitude and latitude of Indian cities in memory) 250 Volts single phase of 32 Amp rating with contactor fitted inside powder coated steel enclosure with required MS clamps- 02 Nos duly painted with two coats of outdoor weather proof paint complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN, 10 Amp, 240 Volts, C curve complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing HT cable route indicator for HT cables made with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 in rectangular shape of size 60cm x 30 cm x 10 cm duly grouted in ground painted in white colour for HT cables and engraved "HT CABLE" in capital alphabets not less than 150mm in height complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for boring hole under the road / pavement / hard standing with mannualy and including HDPE pipe 150 mm of size not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out/down from trenches, pulling through pipes/ culverts under road old HT cable off sizes including disconnecting all electrical connections, keeping aside serviceable PCC cover/ bricks for re-laying and depositing HT cable in MES store yard for re-use complete all as specified & directed

Shifting / Relaying of 11 KV HT Cable off size carefully by excavation, removal of cable protection cover to new trench including connecting to existing/new system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Excavation/ earth work, sand cushioning and cable cover shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out/ down old unservicable earthing complete.

Taking out/ down old rusted GI pipe of any size from pole / trench complete.

Relaying of existing retrieved bricks/ PCC cover laid in trenches for cable protection perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING WORKS

Material and labour for trial bore in normal available strata (size 300mm and above) upto 50.00m depth complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 7.01 here-in before but depth exc 50.00m and not exc 75.00m depth complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC pipe 150mm dia first quality including all necessary fittings complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing perforated/ slotted PVC pipe 150mm dia first quality including all necessary fittings complete all as specified.

Material & labour for gravel packing 3mm to 5mm size aggregate including jute as filter media around MS pipe complete all as specified.

Material & labour for filling of gravel in trenches of size 12.5mm course aggregate upto height of 0.50m complete all as specified.

Material & labour for filling of gravel in trenches of size 3mm to 5mm upto height of 0.50m complete all as specified.
