This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and making good the same including testing of joints complete all as specified & directed.

S & F 2nd class Hard Wood Factory made 35 mm thick Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 18 mm thick Pre-laminated flat pressed 3 layer (medium density) particle board or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked, with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination Grade I, Type II exterior grade IS : 12823 marked, as in cupboard with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be painted with polyurethane primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F M.S. Piano hinges overall width 35mm ISI marked IS: 3818 finished with nickel chromium plating grade I as per IS: 1068 and fixing with necessary screws etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification ,drawing & as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC Door Frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm (± 0.2 mm), made out of single piece extruded PVC profile, with mitred cut joints and joint with 2 nos of PVC bracket of size 190 mm x 100 mm long arms of cross section size 35 x 15 mm & self driven self taping screws, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 40x20 mm M.S. rectangular tube of 0.8 mm , including providing EPDM rubber gasket weather seal throughout the frame, including jointing 5 mm PVC frame strip with PVC solvent cement on the back of the profile. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using 8 x100 mm long anchor fasteners complete as per manufacturer's specification ,drawing & as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame work for windows and ventilators with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing /panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed.. Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick(minimum) water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscosity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete all as specified and as directed. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane .

M & L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.4% by the weight of cement on roof surface complete all as specified & directed. Note: Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for laying PCC tiles 300X300X25mm (except Grinding & polishing) laid over APP roof surfaces over and including 15 mm thick Cement mortar (1:4) jointed & pointed with 5 mm wide joints filled with polymer modified cement mortar "renderoc S2 of FOSROC or Sikatop 122 HS or equivalent in pidilite/Asian" complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300 x 450 mm conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in vertical surface of walls, over & including 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over & including 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured vitrified double charged floor tiles of size 600 x 600 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, laid over & including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor may use larger size of tiles such as 800x800mm double charged vitrified tiles without any extra cost to the department with prior permission of GE.

M & L for coloured vitrified double charged tiles of size 600 x 600 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over & including 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.
