CONSTRUCTION OF MECHANICAL OFFICE AT 06 AREA IN ALUMINA REFINERY, NALCO DAMANJODI

1.1.1) Transportation/carriage of balance excavated earth after back filling,building debrish,waste material,other garbage materials for disposal at the specified locations/areas,lead up to 2km as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge.

2.8.1) Earthwork in excavation in foundation, trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50m. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed etc. all compolete as per the specification or instruction of Engg-In-Charge.

2.25) Back filling with selected excavated earth or any other materials around the foundations, under floors, pavements or any other places in layers not exceeding 15 cm, watering and ramming, consolidating etc. all complete as per the specification or instruction of Engg-In-Charge.

2.27) Filling of sand under floors in trenches, sides of foundations etc. including supply of sand and watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

2.35.3.1) Supplying and applying anti termite Treatment of soil by using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with soil :(including the cost of chemical emulsion and delivery) as specified or as per the direction of Engg-in-Charge With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

4.1.3) Providing and laying plain cement concrete (using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand)at all depths below ground level,and up to plinth level, in foundations, fillings, non-suspended floors,for flooring,septic tank,plinth protection,pavement, including tamping, dewatering, curing etc. But excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed by Engineer-in-Charge.in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc. all complete [CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE] 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

4.1.8) Providing and laying plain cement concrete (using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand)at all depths below ground level,and up to plinth level, in foundations, fillings, non-suspended floors,for flooring,septic tank,plinth protection,pavement, including tamping, dewatering, curing etc. But excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed by Engineer-in-Charge.in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc. all complete [CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE] 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

4.17) Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth,etc. all completed as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

5.1.2) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of (1cement:1.5 sand:3graded stone aggreagates of 20 mm and down size) using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand, work in foundations up to plinth from any depth below ground level, beams,coloums,walls in vertical or horizontal, landing, pillars,piers,abutments,posts and struts etc. including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.2.2) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of (1cement:1.5 sand:3graded stone aggreagates of 20 mm and down size) using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand, work in superstructure up to floor V level,roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, coloums,walls in vertical or horizontal, fins,bressummers,shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars,piers,abutments,posts and struts etc.in super structure at all heights including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).
