Supply and Stacking of following material at Pt. Pant Marg Store of NDMC:- Supply and stacking of Synthetic enamel paint confirming to IS: 2932-2003 at NDMC store including all leads in litres packing:-

Additional Conditions:- 1. The Paint should be supplied at any NDMC stores as per CPWD specifications as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 2. The quoted rates shall be net, inclusive of all taxes i.e. GST, cartage etc. and nothing extra shall be paid over the quoted rates in this account to the contractor. 3. The Paint shall be supplied from fresh stock directly from godown/factory of company or authorized stockiest and should not be older than two month from the date of supply. 4. One sample of maximum batch in paint/shade shall be got tested from laboratory as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. 5. In case sample fails in the test the batch/lot representing the sample shall be replaced by the manufacturer at his own risk and cost and department shall charge the storage charges @ 2% (Two Percent) of the amount of failed materials required for replacement within 10 (Ten) days after receiving the letter from the department for replacement of the materials. 6. The manufacturer shall give the test certificate of their own lab. along with each batch/lot of supply. 7. Each container shall be marked with following:- (a) NDMC Supply. (b) Supply Order No. (c) IS: 2932-2013. (d) Manufactures and his recognised brand name etc. (e) Batch/Lot. No. in code or otherwise. (f) Month & Year of Manufacturing. (g) Volume of Materials. Container will be treated as rejected if above mentioned markings are not found clearly at the time of supply. 8. Supplier/Manufacturer will provide guarantee/warrantee certificate of material from the original manufacturer for this supply. 9. The material shall be stacked properly by the manufacturer in the store for which nothing extra shall be paid by the NDMC. 10. Generally material will not be issued before receipt of satisfactory report from laboratory. But if due to urgency material is required to be used by NDMC, then agency will not object and will take full responsibility of quality of material supplied and will accept departmental decision if material found not upto specifications.
