M.S PIPE(On Surface)

Providing, laying, Fixing, testing and commissioning of "C" Class heavy duty MS pipe Confirming to Indian standard IS. 1239/3589 including fitting like tees, bends, sockets, elbows, flanges,tapers, nuts bolts, gasket etc. fixing the pipe on the wall/ ceiling with suitable clamps and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete in all respects.

HYDRANT LANDING VALVE

Supplying,Installation, Testing & Commissiong of G.M Single headed hydrant valve with instantaneous Gun metal peet Coupling of 63 mm dia with cast iron wheel ISI marked conforming to IS 5299 (typeA) with blank Gunmetal cap and chain includung orifice plate made of 6mm the stainless steel to keep the pressure not more than 3.5 per sqcm at any point complete in all respect.

BRANCH PIPE

Supplying , installation, testing and commission of 63 mm gun metal Branch pipe(ISI marked) with 20mm(normal internal dia) size gunmetal nozzel confirming to IS 903, suitable for instantaneous connection to interconnection hose pipe coupling as required.

Supplying , installation, testing and commission of single suction collecting head with iron cast body,hose coupling(DRAW OUT CONNECTION) with female outlet completewith bolts, nuts & rubber insertionsbut without 100mm dia suction pipe with pubble flanges with foot valvescomplete as required.

FIRE BRIGADE INLET

Providing & fixing Fire Brigade inlet connection of cast iron body with gunmetal 63mm dia instantaneous type male couplings with built-in check valves and 150mm dia, flanged outlet complete with bolts, nuts and rubber insertions as per IS:904.

FIRST AID HOSE REEL

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of First-Aid-fire Hose reel with MS construction spray painted in post office red, confirming to IS 884 with opto date amendmets, complete with rubber hose pipe (IS:444/1987) 20 mm dia 30 meter long type-2, hose reel drum with bracket as per Is:884, 20mm dia GM nozzle and 20mm dia GM gates valve as required with complete with G.I pipe connection with main pipecomplete in all respect.

HYDRANT BOX

Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of weather proof cabinet for hose fabricated out of 1.6mm thickness M.S sheet with the front glass door having locking arrangement, suitable to accomadate all the necessary pipes, accessories, fitting etc. including painting the metal portion with one coat of ready mixed primer paint and two enamel coats of synthetic paint of all approved quality,shade and sign writing etc.
