Repairs, to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping make free from dust and mud or water ,scoring sunken surfaces in roads ,path etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5 Kg per 10 sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam , binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc 400 Sqm each and depth exc 50mm but n.exc 100 and removing scarified materials to a distance not less than 50 mtrs from the work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose, dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 Kg Per 10 Sqm using paving bitumin (VG -10 ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen VG-30 as 4% by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using hot mix plant, mechanical Power and power roller of capacity 8-12 Tonne complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc applying evenly a priming tack coat with using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Bituminous Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) 25mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using camputerised Hot mix, plant mechnical paver and power roller of capacity 8 to 12 Tonne etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Cost of Filling of pot holes not exc 40mm depth coming in the area to be re-carpreted by material of premix asphaltic semi dense concrete is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L fo removal of old existing road marking paint, cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, seals, oil, grease etc and applying thermo plastic paint marking 2.5mm thick in center line, stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets and simillar work exc 10 cm wide on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic compound of approved quantity and make including spreading glass beads over newly applied hot surface of thermoplastic paint evenly @ min 400 gm per sqm with the help of spreader/applicator complete all as manufacturer's instructions and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note (Item No 1 to 11):- Rates quoted by the contractor shall be included for making all arragement to control/drivert the traffic during execution of work.

S&F Road stud (Cat Eyes) size 100mmx100mmx16 to 20mm thick, heavy duty body made of poly-carbonate moulded body with electronically welded prismatic lens on both sides for maximum reto reflection in wet and dry condtion and stud to be fixed on road surface using with bituminous adhesive as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F ABS rubber road hump / safety speed breaker in black & yellow colour, dimension 500mm x 350mm x 50mm , UV resistant , load bearing capacity not less than 25 Tons fixed with epoxy and suitable leg bolts & fastners complete all as per manufacturer instructions and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for moorum / red bajri in layers not exc 15cm thick , spread rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Racking out extsting joints , width of joints exc 10 mm but not exceeding 15mm and depth of joints exc 15 mm but n exc. 25 mm deep of slabs of pavements for removing old damaged sealent from joints cleaning the surfaces by means of air compressor or vaccum cleaner and M&L for joint filling with Polyurethane sealent conforming to BS - 5212 (Type FB) after applying primer and masking tape on front edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealent on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealent, including required back up rod and removing masking tape after sealent has been applied complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Minimum depth of sealent should not be less than 15mm

Racking out existing Joints, width of joints exc 10mm but n.exc 15 mm wide and depth n exc. 15 mm but n.exc 25mm deep of slabs of pavements for removing old damaged sealent from joints cleaning the surfaces by means of air compressor or vaccum cleaner and M&L for joint filling with Polyurethane sealent conforming to BS - 5212 (Type FB) after applying primer and masking tape on front edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealent on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealent, including required back up rod and removing masking tape after sealent has been applied complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Minimum depth of sealant should be not less than 18mm.

M&L for preparation of damaged / broken concrete pavement slab surfaces of area exceeding 0.50 sqm (width should not be less than 75mm) by cutting edges of cracks vertically at least 25 mm average depth (minimum depth should not be less than 20mm) with the help of concrete cutter machine and cleaning the surface by electrical blower to receive the Epoxy mortar and applying the epoxy mortar over a coat of approved primer on the prepared damaged / broken portion including finishing even & smooth surfaces to match with the top & vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of bituminous or concrete pavements exc 10 cm width and applying two coats of water Base Air field marking paint of white colour including glass beads min 80 gm per sqm of paint by using runway marking machine and glass beads dispenser complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of brick work, concrete, plastered or unplastered surface and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint of required shade, or pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2, 75mm thickness in sub base using 40mm graded stone agg complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) set in cement mortar 1:6 for kerb stone edging ( size 300x300x150mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured chemically coated paver block any shape any size with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS15658-2006 of 60mm thickness , M-35 Grade laid over 50 mm thick sand cushioning to interlocking paver block including PCC coving to seal the edges with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded coarse aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
