Old Terrace Screed Repair with UV Resistant Waterproof coating below 500 Sq.m Providing and Applying high perfomance solar reflective & Acrylate silicon based Waterproofing coating which is single component, cold applied, water based acrylic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the Existing Roof screed surface applied @ 1.5 l/m2 in 3 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having tensile strength 2N/ mm2 confirming to ASTM D 412; Elongation at break ≥ 200%, Abrasion resistance 21mg confirming to ASTM D 4060 and Crack bridging ability up to 2 mm, including surface preparation, priming the surface with 1 coat diluted with water in the ratio 2:1 spreading @ 0.125 L/m2 as self-priming coat in the SSD condition and spreading 45 gsm glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm sandwiched between the first and second coat completely as per specification. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.

Dismantling, clearing away the existing damaged brickworksupporting the exisitng water tank and clearing the debris away from the site including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc, complete

Dismantling the old damaged floor finish,IWC & Floor PCC & dadooing walls in cement mortor with Mosaic Tiles/ Glazed Tiles in Toilet Floor and Side wall, cleaning the surface without any loose materials after removal of Mosaic Tiles/ Glazed Tiles, removing the debris away from the site, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Flooring with approved first quality stain free nanon polished vitrfied tiles 600 x 600x 8mm of make johnson, neycer etc., over CM 1:3-12 mm thick including pointing with white cement finishing the joints, flush pointing the surfaces etc., complete.

Providing and fixing sanitary fitting consisting of Oriya Type Indian Water Closet 580mm x 440mm with P or S Trap with all internal fittings fixing with all internal firrings and giving connection to sewer line, dismantling of exisitng damaged Indian type White Closet, Cleaning Manhole, removing old sanitary pipe lines and claening the debris away from the site, inclulding cost of all materials, lead, lift etc., complete.

Supplying ,laying and fixing in position of PVC Superthick 32mm dia pipe of best quality from approved manufacturer confirming to IS 4985-1968, 4984-1970 including cutting threading joining with necessary PVC specials and PVC tap including cost of all materials lead lift labour etc complete. as directed by department Engineer at site

Supplying and fixing of PVC 32 mm gate valve for the pipe line including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc complete.

Supply and fixing of solid PVC door with frame made out of rigid thermo vinyl polymer extruded section ofsize 62mmx51mm with 2mm wall thickness,shall be reinforced with special polymeric rods of size 255mmx30mmx25mm and with EPDM gaskets along the frame. The door shutter frame of 40mm thickmade out of one piece moulded rigid thermo vinyl polymer extruded sectionof size 25mmx40mm with 2mm wall thickness is mitered and joinedat corners by stainless steel/ aluminium screws. The infill of the door shutterconsists of a seamless one piece multichamber hollow rigid thermo vinyl polymer sectionof size 762mmx35mm with 1mm wall thickness and with prelaminated glossy finish on either side of door shutter of suitable size including cost of all materials lead lift etc., complete.

Supplying & fixing 500 litre capactiy of approved quality of white colour three layered sintex tanks including cost of tank and accessories materials. Transporting lead, lift, labour for fixing over the terrace floor of conrol room buildings etc., complete.
