Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth and n.exc 10 sqm on plan for laying of cable,poles etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5 mtr and not exc 3.0 mtr complete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat for protection to UG LT cables complete all as specified and directed.

M & L dry sand filling under and around UG cable to provide cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note. Punned thickness shall be measured.

M & L GI tubes 100 mm bore light grade for cable protection on poles/walls/under road/culvert etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L GI tubes 80 mm bore light grade for cable protection on poles/walls/under road/culvert etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pole foundations etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts etc with and including provision of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in pole / strut etc with and including necessary form work for coping complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out existing defective HT cable of any size complete including joints/protection pipes etc from trenches/ducts/poles etc complete all as directed.

Taking out old damaged PCC pole of any size incl clearing the site complete all as specified and directed. Note. Elect pole numbering shall be recorded in MB duly initialed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old rusted cross arms/anti climbing devices incl clamps, nuts/bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable HT insulators of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out feeder pillar box of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old burnt HT jumpers of any size/type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable HT GOD of any size/type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable rubber mats of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old broken cable route indicator of any size/type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable HT lightening arrestors of any size/type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the existing sign board of any size/type and supply and installation Retro reflective sign boards for electrical installation of size 4 feet x 5 feet (print area) as per the following specifications complete all as directed:- [a] Post (pillar pipe) 50 mm dia bore 2mm thickness SS 304 grade 9.5 feet long - 02 Nos fitted with MS base plate 150mm x 150 mm & 5 mm thickness at the bottom and 50mm dia SS balls on the top. [b] Pipe for print area frame using 32 mm dia bore 1.2 mm thickness SS 304 grade pipe and 06 Nos connecting pipes of 50 mm length. [c] SS rivetted strips/flat 2 mm thickness and size 30 mm length & 25 mm width - 16 Nos. [e] PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 300mm x 300mm x 450 mm - 02 Nos as in foundation of sign board incl earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs 32mm x 6mm mm dia GI strip and connecting from earth test point to lightening arrestor installed on top of 11 mtr long poles four pole/ two pole structures complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre cast cement concrete cable route indicator of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.0 Mtr of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate)with and including 8mm dia TMT bars 0.95cm long-04 Nos and stirrups 0.56 mtr long-07 Nos, engraved with letter 'MES 11 KV HT CABLE' including painting with dark brown colour paint and letter/numbers with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only in trenches, duct or fixing along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floors etc and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PCC bedded, galvanised steel strip, around, heavy duty HT power cable ISI marked with aluminium conductor, 11 KV grade and size 95 sqmm 3 core to 240 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note. HT Cable shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing. earth work/cable cover/sand etc shall be measured and paid sepaerately under respective items.

S & F gang operated air break switches with vertical isolation complete with drop out fuse unit triple pole, 12 insulator type, manually operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for rating 400 Amps, 11000 volts complete with GI operating pipe of heavy duty grade of suitable length complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 27 here-in-before but of rating 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing of the outdoor type HT 11000 volts 200 amps/400 amps capacity gang operated air break switch mounted on HT two pole/four pole structure by properly adjusting the mountings for ON/OFF operation by working from ground level, adjusting the length of operation rod ,lubricating the moving parts, tightening of all nuts/bolts, checking of all jumper connections for proper contact of male/female contacts, replacing worn out spares and testing for proper working complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only moving contact blade (male contact) suitable for 200 amps 11 KV outdoor GOAB switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only spring loaded fixed contacts (female contact jaw) suitable for 200 amps 11 KV outdoor GOAB switch complete all as specified.

Supply only moving contact blade (male contact) suitable for 400 amps 11 KV outdoor GOAB switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only spring loaded fixed contacts (female contact jaw) suitable for 400 amps 11 KV outdoor GOAB switch complete all as specified.

Supply only 11 KV porcelain post insulators suitable for outdoor GOAB switch complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L anti climbing devices, spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars ( round,square and flat ) including nuts,bolts,Washers and clamps in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in trenches, ducts or fixing along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floors etc and testing XLPE insulated , screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, heavy duty HT power cables ISI marked with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core, 11 KV earthed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable XLPE insulated , PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty and 1100 volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor of size 300 sqmm 3.5 core in trenches/ducts/through pipes/under culverts etc complete incl taking out the old burnt cable all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 51 here in before but size 400 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting HT cable of size 150/185/240 sq mm 3 core from line , taking down carefully from poles/ structure, extending the length and reconnecting by taking up and testing for working complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cross arms,supports, clamps etc fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts , washers, welding, bending ( cold or hot ) drilling holes for bolts bent to any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide zinc chromate one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in transformer foundation with and including form work as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation,commissioning and testing outdoor type CPRI approved make floor mounting double door feeder pillar box of size not less than 1200x1200x450 mm, fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and MC 75 for base channel, 04 nos legs 750 mm long made from 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron, dully powder coated, dust/water and water proof, grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 foundation, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz complete with and including the following:- [a] Aluminium strip bus bar TPN sleeve insulated mounted on epoxy insulators of capacity 600 amps-01 set. [b] MCCB FP 400 amps , 415 volts, 50 Hz, 35 KA with adjustable thermal and magnetic release and Ics=100% of Icu-01 No (Incoming) [b] MCCB TP 315 amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 35 KA with adjustable thermal and magnetic release and Ics=100% of Icu - 01 No and MCCB TP 100 amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 35 KA with adjustable thermal and magnetic release and Ics=100% of Icu - 01 No (Outgoing) [c] Earthing terminals-02 Nos and danger notice plate - 01 No.

Disconnecting the electrical supply, disconnecting incoming/outgoing cable connections, taking down the existing transformer of capacity 200 KVA to 500 KVA from the foundation/four pole structure etc and shifting to a location within cantt area using crane of suitable capacity and keeping on the foundation/four pole structure safely, making all incoming/outgoing cable connectios and testing for satisfactory working complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous white/brown including one galvanised MS spindle nut and two GI washers of size 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L single disc porcelain, vitreous white/brown insulator 255 mm dia and 145 mm height assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel tubular swaged poles complete with mild steel base plate, closed at top as specified, type 410 SP-55 (11 metre long) including painting with two coats of black bitumonous paint externally up to the planted depth and internally through out and remaining external portion with two coats of aluminium paint , over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note Excavation & earthwork, foundation concrete will be meaured & paid for separately under respective item(s).

M & L in replacement danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and onventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT,25x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of old steel tubular poles 11 Mtr long alonwith cross arms / clamps etc and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Incl providing yellow & black paint 30 cm alternate strip up to 1.2 mtr height from GL complete all as specified and directed.

S & F jumpers in red/yellow/blue colour for HT lines/connections made from aluminium conductor single core PVC insulated cable of suitable size complete including winding wires, aluminium tapes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber (1 : 3 : 6) type C1, CI pit cover and frame , charcol, salt including earth lead protected by 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering complete. Note. Earth lead strip 32 x 6 mm and GI 40 mm dia protecion pipe upto 7.5 mtr length will be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted.

All as per item No 64 here in before but galvanised earth lead GI wire 4 mm dia and earth lead protected by 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe. Note :- Earth lead wire 4 mm and GI 15 mm dia protecion pipe upto 7.5 mtr length will be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted.

Finding of fault to 11 KV UG cable with suitable fault locator equipment & pin point the fault in the faulty cable including necessary excavation and earth work for exposing the faulty portion of the UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting wild grass,bushes shrubs etc and cleaning of area/yard of sub station buildings complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling for topping up insulating oil with dielectric strength not less tha 50 KV complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring/driiling hole under and across the road surface/hard standings etc at a depth as directed for passing of 100/80 mm dia GI pipe using a suitable drilling machine and other T&P without damaging the road / hard surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L chequered rubber mat for electrical purpose ISI marked of size 1 mtr X 2 mtr and 19 mm thickness all as specified and as directed.

S & F lightening arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement danger notice board of size 300 x 300 mm made from 3 mm thick mild steel sheet, with painting and writing work as specified and directed fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts complete all as specified and directed.
