General servicing of the existing following mentioned capacity EA sets including cleaning of DG set, draining out the existing oil, filling new lubricating oil, replacing the filter kits, adjusting the belt tension, cleaning the EA set and testing on exchange load etc., complete as required. Note: No separate payment shall be made for arranging of diesel/startup battery for testing of DG set. a) 12.5 / 15 / 21.5 KVA
Arranging manpower at site for inspection of Engine Alternator set including checking of DG set thoroughly i/c arranging of diesel/startup battery for testing of DG set and submitting the inspection report etc., complete as required. Note: this item shall be measured whrere the general servicing of DG set is not executed
Replacement of the following components (when found faulty) including removing the existing one and testing after replacement as required. a) Normal duty fuel flexible pipe of length approx 30 / 36 inches.
b) V-belts
c) Hose pipe for radiator
d) Coolant
Providing repairing of fuel injection pump at site by opening of the side cover and servicing of the jammed components of the pump etc, including testing etc., complete as required.
Providing repairing and calibration of fuel injection pump assembly by replacement of necessay parts/ components such as cam rollers, delivery elements, rollers bearings, packings and O rings etc, including testing at test bench/work shop, etc., complete as required.
Supplying and fixing of 12Volts, 10Amps SMPS battery charger in the existing AMF/Standard control panel including testing etc., complete as required.
Supplying and fixing of 12volts self starter suitable for upto 63kVA DG set, including testing and commissioning etc., complete as required. (Make M/s Auto Lec/ Lucas/ Mico or SS)
Repairing of the existing self stater by replacing the faulty / worn out components like carbon brushes, bushes, making servicing upto 63 KVA including transportation, reinstallation testing and commissioning etc., complete as required.
