ASRTU Rate Contract sources are eligible to participate in the tender OR Manufacturers/Importers/Authorised dealers with an average annual Turnover of Rs. 2.00 Crores for the preceeding three years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 are eligible to participate in the tender, duly supported by the audited statement of accounts i.e., Manufacturing / Trading and Profit loss account, balance sheets for all the three years and Certificate of verification of turnover issued by the CA in support of turnover declared in the prescription format given with the tender documents
Bidder should submit ARAI/VRDE/ICAT or CIRT approval certificate for Retro reflective tape
The bidders should submit the sample of 50mm width X 50 m length of Retro reflective tape roll of all colours with clear making of the manufacturer only at one edge of the tape on or before the opening of technical bid
Commercial offer of the bidder whose sample is approved by Mechanical Engineering Department of BMTC will only be opened subject to fulfilling the pre-qualification criteria
The Tenderer should enclose a Verification Certificate from the Chartered Accountant in support of turnover declared in the prescribed format given with tender documents stating that, the turnover details furnished in the audited statement of accounts have been verified by him and that are found correct. Failure to comply with this condition, the offer will be disqualified
The tenderer should have submit relevant type approval from the certified agencies, confirming to AIS-090
iThe tenderer should undertake to supply the ordered quantity as per the delivery schedule provided by BMTC
Tenderer who have been blacklisted by any of the Government Organisation / public sector undertaking for breach of contract shall not be considered
