Replacement of damaged wooden flooring of stage affected by termite and partially pest control of inside wooden wall panelling of Auditorium Hall

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead : Thickness above 25 mm up to 40 mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

25 mm wooden planking, tongued and grooved in flooring, including fixing with iron screws complete with Second class teak wood.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same.

Re-fixing of existing servicable tongued and grooved wooden planks/wooden flooring including laying foam also for completion of work.

Providing and fixing in wall lining / paneling consisting of 75 to 100 mm wide and 12mm thick stripts fixed at 10-15mm gap including priming coat on unexposed surface, with necessary fixing arrangement, nails, screws as required etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. With 2nd class teak wood.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
