Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 metres including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres (1.10.2) Hard/Dense soil.
Providing and laying cement concrete in foundation and plinth excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)
Polygonal rubble masonry / R.R masonry (uncoursed/ brought to courses)/ squared rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation & plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 course sand) i/c leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 course sand: 12 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at plinth level.
Providing form work i/c centering and shuttering so as to give a rough finish strutting and propping etc. Height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 m and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.
Flush or ruled pointing on stone work cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand )
12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand)
