Earth work in surface excavation in all kinds of soil not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, all complete as per requirement and direction of the Engineer-in- Charge or his authorised representative. in West Side area of the main office building and Left & Right side of the Customs office building.

Supplying and stacking of material at site including transportation, taces, levy collection etc.all complete Stone screening 11.2 mm nominal size (Type B) all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative. in West Side area of the main office building and Left & Right side of the Customs office building which will be mainly used for parking.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications (thickness of WBM: 200mm) in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative. in West Side area of the main office building and Left & Right side of the Customs office building which will be mainly used for parking.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. all complete all as per requirment and direction of Engineer-in-Charge or his authorised representative. 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern. in West Side area of the main office building and Left & Right side of the Customs office building which will be mainly used for parking.

Repairing of Existing Paver Block Area (damaged by tree roots) as per requirement including taking out existing CC ICPB , earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out, cutting and removing of overgrown banyan tree roots and disposal of the same upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kinds of soil, laying the old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including compacted bed of coarse sand of required depth, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost) in the Existing Paver Block Area surrounding the main office building and the parking area as per requirement

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete in the transit shed roof and vertical faces all complete as per requirement and direction of the EIC or his authorised representative. In both faces of the GI sheets of the Transit Shed Roof and Vertical Faces for 2nos of Tranit shed

Painting on G.S sheet with one coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade all complete as per requirement and direction of the EIC (Make:1st quality of Asianpaint / Berger) (Containers of the Paint to be handovered to IWAI after completion of the job) In both faces of the GI sheets of the Transit Shed Roof and Vertical Faces for 2nos of Tranit shed

Providing and fixing 220 mm wide UPVC rain gutter including fiitng of upvc runner nano, runner drop, stop end filling the joints with silicon sealent etc. (Rate inclusive of the cost of bamboo scaffolding, transportation, labour etc. including cost of demoslishing the existing gutter and fiitings etc.) all complete as per requirement and direction of the EIC. in Roof of 2 nos of Transit Shed

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour, brand and manufacture for lettering works by expert letter painter on the Transit shed roof and Vertical faces all complete as per requirement and direction of the EIC or his authorised representative. Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work all complete as per requirement and direction of the EIC or his authorised representative. (Make: Asian Paint / Berger) in the Roof Truss and I Columns and bottom runners of roof truss for 2 nos of Transit Shed

Painting (two or more coats) on rain water of size 150 mm diameter, soil waste and vent pipes and fittings with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture and required colour over a priming coat of approved steel primer on new work all complete as per requirement and direction of the EIC or his authorised representative. (Make: Asian Paint / Berger) In 2nos of Tranit shed

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position by welding and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete in the Transit Shed Main Doors as per requirement for making good the bends and damages of the longitudinal section including lifting the door from the wheel track and putting back the door after fininshing by using light crane all complete as per the direction of the EIC or his authorised representative. (Godown/Tranist shed- Door ht: 6 meter, Width of 1 pannel of Slidding door: 2.3 m) in the Transit Shed Main Doors as per requirement and direction of the EIC

Repairing of damaged railway entrance gate including supplying structural steel, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position by welding etc. as required and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, two coats of enamel paint including lifting the gate from the position and putting back the gate after fininshing by using light crane all complete as per direction of the EIC or his authorised representative. (Length of one pannel of Gate: 5.5 meter, Height: 1.8m) at the entrance of the Railway track on the east side of the Pandu port near the apporach to the Low Level Jetty

Cleaning and removing dirt of lower Door tracks including greasing / oiling of the Track Wheels for both lower and upper door tracks, cleaning of the steel rope in upper door track making it free from rust, dirt etc. all complete for smooth closing and opening of the sliding doors all complete as per requirement and direction of the EIC or his authorised representative. in the Transit Shed as per requirement and direction of the EIC

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative. Repair of damp walls after removal of the plastering of wall and applying waterproofing chemicals like Dr fixit 302 URP by mixing with cement in ratio 1:1(1L waterproofing chemical : 1kg cement) and applying with brush on the damp portions of the walls as per requirement in 2 coats and leaving it to cure for 2 to 3 days till satisfactory result all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative. in the Main office Building and RINL office wall damaged by moisture

Doing repair work in damp walls wherever necessary using Cement sand mortar (in prop 1:4) mixed with integral waterproofing admixture Dr fixit LW + @200 ml per bag of cement as specified & directed by the Department complete after proper surface preparation all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative. in the Main office Building and RINL office wall damaged by moisture
