COMPREHENSIVE REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF JCO ORS MD ACCN AT SI LINES UNDER GE BHOPAL

Petty repairs to easing of door shutters, window shutters, wooden cupboard shutters, including fixing of screws for easy closing/opening and tightening of hinges or changing the position of hinges, adjustment of tower bolts, sliding bolts with new screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Petty repairs to leaking water in bib taps, pillar taps, stop cock, angle valve, shower, concealed stop cock, low level flushing cistern , CPVC/GI pipe fittings including replacing & providing of good quality rubber washer check nuts plunges ,taflon tape, M-seal, brass spindles (specific type), GI/ brass/CPVC fittings etc or any other minor accessories / repairs to make the system functional and leak proof, ensure smooth water supply without any wastage and stop water leakage complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premium double charge glossy finish vitrified tiles 9-10mm thick (area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm each) in floors and skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including screed bed 15mm in CM (1:6) and pointed with epoxy filling of approved make and color including dismantling of old tiling fixed in any mortar and position all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (area of each tiles exc 0.11sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm) in floors and skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including screed bed 15cm in CM (1:6) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with shade of tiles including dismantling of old tiling fixed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) for finishing of concrete topping even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic colour tiles with matching highlighter in vertical surfaces (design and pattern as approved by E-in-C) of size not less than 450x300 x 7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) as in backing coat and pointed in white tiles including dismantling of old tiling fixed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness (below/above ground level) including floor finishes all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick, as in plinth protection/path etc finished fair and even laid in bays n.exc 2m in length and cutting of dummy joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide @ 3m intervals and at corners filled with bitumen mastic 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete to be laid in required slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L granite 18-20 mm thick (of approved colour and texture) (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms with rounding of edges and like in 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade or granite including dismantling of old stone slab complete all as specified and directed.
