SCHEDULE 'A' E/M Works

Dismentling & taking down old unserviceable/outdated panel boards and its connected acessories and serviceable electronic meters, complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: Only Electric Meteres are refix as per item No 6 here in after)

Supply, installation, testing & commisioning of fabricated wall mounted indoor LT panel board protection class IP65, 415-433V made out of 2.0 mm thick coated CRCA steel, dust and vermin proof, door for each compartment of outgoing MCB DPs, complete prewired, with locking arrangements and hanging bracket suitable for fixing on wall, including painting with powder coated paint over a coat of redoxide zinc crome primer complete incl necessary panel board , wiring for MCBs and electric meter and suitable opening for cable entry with gland comprising of the following:- Way for Incomer 160 A 4 pole MCCB suitable size and type R Y B phase Indicating lamps - 01 Set (set of three) Insulated Aluminium Busbars 200A rating - 04 Nos way for 63A DP MCBs -04 Nos way for 10A DP MCB -01 No Provision of digital meter of shown parameters Voltages, ampers and other parameters etc. Note :- MCCBs, MCBs are paid separately under BOQ as supply only. Total Qty of panel board of electrical items procure at site before execution of work, and paid after testing and commisioning of panel board.

Supply only MCCB four pole 160 A 415V (fixing arrangements rate included in item No 2 above).

Supply only MCB SPN 63 A 415V, C curve (i) (fixing arrangements rate included in item No 2 above)- 32.00 (ii) (fixing arrangements rate included in item No 7 below) - 120.00

Refixing and reconnecting energy meters retrived under item no 1 here in before -04 Nos (one set) near the panel board suitable for online signal receiving arrangements all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.Note:- Base plate must be made by PVC plate and fixed on outer wall suitable for 4 nos meter muts be fixed on this plate, are included in the quoted rate.

Removing of existing Serviceable/Unserviceable MCCBs, MCBs, Bus bars and and connected wiring acessories from existing panel board for cleaning and spray painting the same wall mounted indoor LT panel board including repair of hinges complete prewired, with locking arrangements and hanging bracket suitable for fixing on wall including necessary internal wiring for MCBs and other connected acessories , electric meter and suitable opening for cable entry with gland comprising all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. Note :- After the spray painting and cleaning and refixing of bus bars re-connecting energy meters its original position and necessary replacement of bus bars and its connected items included in the quoted rate and - MCCBs, MCBs are paid separately as item No 4, 5 & 8.

Supply only MCCB four pole 100 A 415V (fixing arrangements rate included in item No 7 above).

Dismentling & Taking down carefully existing unserviceable TPN DBs any type and size and electric/electronic meters, kept in safe custody for refixing after completion of VTPN DBs here in after complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Sheet metal enclousers made out of CRCA mild steel sheet, double door, powder coated DB VTPN 4 way 415 Volt,(concealed in wall or as directed) dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCCB's upto 125Amp and isolators etc including making good disturbed surfaces of walls as necessaty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing (concealed in wall or as directed) factory made DB (made out of CRCA sheet) TPN, 4 Way 433 V (8+12 modules), double door, earth bar, copper bus bar 200 Amp and neutral link, protection class IP-43 suitable for mounting MCB/Isolator, conforming to IS-8623, BS-5484 dust and vermin proof,including making good disturbed surfaces of walls as necessaty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing and connecting energy meters retrived under item no 9 here in before -04 Nos of meters near the DBs suitable for online signal receiving arrangements all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.Note:- Base of the meter fixing should PVC plate included in the quoted rate and fixed on wall and the meters are fixed on thew surface of this base PVC plate.

S & F sheet metal enclousers made out of CRCA mild steel sheet , IP-43 protection, flush mounted with metal door, powder coated DB SPN 12 way 230 V AC with 200 Amp rated bus bar, Double Door,12 modules, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB's and isolators etc incl taking down old unserviceable DB's complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing (concealed in wall or as directed) factory made DB (made out of CRCA sheet) SPN, 8 Way 240V, double door, earth bar, copper bus bar 200 Amp and neutral link, protection class IP-43 suitable for mounting MCB/Isolator, conforming to IS-8623, BS-5484 dust and vermin proof, including taking down unserviceable old DB any type etc and including making good disturbed surfaces of walls as necessaty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing (Concealed with wall) single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 25 Amps, 240 volts for ACs/ Gyeser supply including taking down old unserviceable enclosure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only MCCB four pole 125 A 415V (fixing arrangements rate included in item No 10 above).

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 40 to 100 Amps 415 Volt AC, C curve, 4 module capacity not less than 10 KA including taking down old unserviceable MCB TPN complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F MCB SP suitable for 230 volts AC supply 6 to 40 Amps, SP rupturing capacity not less than 10KA, B Curve ISI Marked, incl taking down old unserviceable MCB SP complete all as specified directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross section area ) FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked ) drawn through and including PVC rigid conduit 20mm dia( heavy duty ) with all fittings and all accessories i.e pipe bend pipe hook, elbow,junction box, pressed steel powder coated sunken boxe of suitable size (min 60mm deep, suitable length and 1.2mm thick ), 3mm thick bakelite plastic laminated sheet for mounting with frame and top cover for switches and socket ,fan regulator, for light/fan point controlled by one switch, top cover fixed with brass screws & cup washers including provn of 1.5 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor wire continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc including cutting chases in wall and making good distrubed surface of wall/ceiling/floors etc by using CM (1:3 ) to matching with existing surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing switch piano flush type, single pole, one way, 5/6 Amps ISI mark, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of ceiling rose 3 phase flush type 6 Amp 250V AC topline series with polycarbonate 20 X 50 mm two to three terminal, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of wall mounted Batten fitting inverter type 20 watt white flux appx 4 feet long, back up minimum 4hr , pre wired complete fitting and all other accessories fitting arrangements including electric connection connecting with using flexible copper wire twin core upto ceiling rose/connector including taking down old unserviceable light fittings any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED mirror light fiting 7/ 9 watt, 6000K, lineer & compact with decorative grey end caps, polycarbonate body and ribbrd opal diffuser complete fitting with lamp and all other accessories fitting arrangements including electric connection connecting with using flexible copper wire twin core upto ceiling rose/connector, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing wall mounted/surface mounted decorative wall light fixture in cylindrical profile made up of decorative glass including LED 9 Watt lamp, base B22, complete fitting and all other fixing accessories including electric connection connecting with using flexible copper wire twin core including taking down old unserviceable light fittings any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S &F building security light IP 66 luminaire with high power LED of 25 watt with toughened glass complete with suitable GI for security light fitting fixing to wall/column & electrical connection to the light fitting providing 1.5 mtr long twin core round copper conductor cable of suitable size and testing complete all as specified and directed. suitable internal modular plate and switch cover and it connected acessories .

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including earth continuity GI wire 4 mm (upto test point from earth plate i.e. 7.5m min) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and including protected by 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from earth plate to test point, including making of test point. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of char coal/coke & salt all around bottom and top with alternative layer. 20mm GI light grade pipe for watering (should be 10cm above GL) and including socket, plug, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover and (including steel for cover) PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary form work, excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR (Part – I) including taking out/dismantling old unserviceable earthing system complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
