Material & Labour for rendering minimum 20mm thick polymer modified mortar in cement mortar (1:3) with graded quarts sand with additive monolith-PMM of krishna concherm or polymer mortar HB of Dr.Fixit or Shalifix RM SG 01 of STP Ltd. 15% by weight of cement in one coat with and including curing as per manufacturing instruction, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and applying water tight jacketing around column with M40 grade micro concrete including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete. Make/ brand Micro concrete of Dr. Fixit, Shalicrete URP of STP Ltd. Epibond 21-LP, EPCO-KP-HP-250 of krishna conchem complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & Labour for applying concrete protecion coating on finished structural members exposed to atmosphere make or brand IPNET of krishna Conchem or new coat from Dr.Fixit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes. Works shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2mm wide, fix the injection nozzels directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzels in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty & let it dry for 2 to 3 days. Also, seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case where the crack is wider than 2mm upto 4 to 5mm, drill holes at the sides of the crack in a staggered fashion, at intervals of 6 inches and affix them with epoxy putty as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the carck with a liberal application of the epoxy putty.

Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor; maintain the pressureat exit(2 to 3kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles and including scafolding upto any height.

Supply , fixing, testing in repairs of JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mts length & 25 mm dia with 250 micron ( averaSchneider ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF Powerfill Loresco compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. ( 1 Bag of 50 Pounds required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp should also be supplied along with the set alongwith earth pit weatherproof incl complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole.

Material & Labour for 4mm GI wire earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or buried in ground and fixed to panel/transformer alongwith 20mm gi pipe light grade for protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure with 2 pin and earth plug and socket complete with single pole MCB of 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
