Dry Lean Cement Concrete Sub- base Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub-base as per IRC:SP-49 over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate confomring to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 26.5 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per clause 601.

The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
Retro- reflectrorized Traffic signs as per Clause 801 Providing and fixing of retro- reflectrorized cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign digitally printed over reflectrorized sheeting of required grade confirming to ASTM D 4956 including covering with transparent sheeting (lamination sheeting) to protect from fading and damage due to wheather effect as perClause 6 of lRC:67- 2022 made of retro-reflective type sheeting fixed over Aluminum/ Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) sheeting including application of fluorocarbon coating applied on exposed surface of aluminium to ensure corrosion resistance, supported on a mild steel back frame of ISA 40 x 40 x 5 mm and mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45cm x 60cm, as per approved drawing and painting all exposed components of the signs and supports with primer and 2 coats of epoxy paints or powder coating and the part of post below ground shall be painted with 3 coats of redoxide paint as per clause 7.2 of IRC:67-2022.
