Disconnecting of electrical connections from panel board including disconnecting the cable leads from the motor terminal box and taking down/out induction motor capacity 2 HP from foundation/base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts etc and transporting the pump to workshop for repair and back, re-installed after repair including testing complete all as specified and as directed . NOTE :- If the contractor fails to repair the motor and pump within the seven days given to him the same will be got repaired through other agency by calling spot quotation at his risk and cost. This shall be in addition to penalty as mentioned in clause 7.1 of Particular Specification. The decision of the Accepting officer in this regard shall be final concluding and binding on the contractor.

Opening the induction motor capacity 2 HP , taking down/out the burnt winding wire and cleaning the slots including rewinding the monoblock motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge ,weight etc. and repairing the pump by replacing the unserviceable spare parts including machining work and re-assembling the same in original position including all other insulating material complete all as specified and as directed.
