Supply and fixng All in One integrated IP 65 LED solar street light consisting of solar photovoltaic module, battery, battery management system, control electronics, LED driver, inter-connecting cables and pole mounting piece integrated into the luminaire as a single unit. Solar streetlight with IP65 ingress protection having 3000 lumen output, 35Wp high efficiency monocrystalline solar panel, highly efficient MPPT based charge controller and 12.8 V DC, 20 Ah lithium Ferro Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery with proper management system lumen efficiency shall be at least 175 lm/W and LED driver should have >90% efficiency. Typical correlated colour temperature should be 5700K with CRI>70. It should ensure battery optimisation with help of a suitable dimming profile. The luminaire should be housed in IK 08 impact resistance certified aluminium pressure diecast housing with anti-corrosive coating and must have a UV stabilized polycarbonate cover. The luminiare shall have specially designed pole mounting piece that enables lateral as well as post mounting and installation at varying tilts from 0 to 15 degrees for optimal light distribution. The product must have a standard dimming profile with 30 % dusk to dawn,100% on motion (sensor disabled for 5 hrs, after 5 hrs) alongwith PIR motion sensor including writing Pole No. with the help of necessary stencils of size 1 " balck colour letters complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in replacement brackets for fixing solar light complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement pole for fixing solar light made of mild steel hot dipped galvanised tubular pole of dia 50mm with minimum thickness 3mm of length 6 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of solar light poles, and stickering with reflectors /radium strip with alternate layers of red and yellow each of height 5 cm and white wash on PCC foundation and coping portion including marking pole numbers complete all specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for laying pipes and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified

Material and labour for Cement concrete in foundations, 1:3:6 type B-1, using 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soils n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable battery box , solar panel, light fitting and battery,battery enclosure without damaging the solar street light pole.
