Labour charges for fabrication, Erection, launching, Assembling, Hoisting, fixing & Placing in position structural steel work welded in built up sections in beams, Joists, channels, angles, tees, flats with connecting plates or angles, cleats with stiffeners including cutting, gas welding, drilling of holes for bolted construction joints of the truss girder segiments including cost of bolts of required sizes and fixing in position, stagging, scaffolding, POL, MOL, Grease, Taxes, Vat, Octroi, as per approved design and drawings and arrangement for mechanical / manual launching (Excluding cost of structural steel), but including applying one or more coats of yellow pellamic primer as per working drawing.
Labour charges for fixing of below mentioned Allied Items:- core
19mm cable of steel core including cutting, bending & fixing in thimbles etc as per the drawing.

Labour charges for cleaning girders to remove rust, buffing including hire charges of buffing machine, hire charges of generator, cost of POL, cost of wire brushes,washing and priming, including one coat of Zinc Chromate Primer complete.
Applying of priming coat on new steel surfaces with red oxide metal primer zinc chromate one or more coats of specified brand including preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brusher, steel wool, scrappers and sand papers including cost of brushes, sand papers and red oxide metal primer and all carriages complete.
Painting of new steel surfaces with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of specified shade and brand excluding priming but including sand papering cleaning including cost of paint, sand paper, brushes etc complete.
Providing stagging to main tower upto 14mtrs including cables and allied components etc complete including cost and carriage of all materials.
