Providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm hbg metal including all cost etc complete

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 mix using second class table moulded bricks including all cost etc complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing in position of INDIAN MAKE WHITE WATER CLOSET of size in 580mm * 440mm weight glassed earthen ware of approved with P Trap (or) S Trap foot rest and filling all round the closet using 20mm broken brick jally in 10cm thick and plaster in c.m. 1:3 12 mm thick including fixing in position leveling complete with necessary connection as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix 12 mm thick ( one cement five sand) per direction of departmental officers etc. completed.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix 20 mm thick ( one cement Three sand) per direction of departmental officers etc. completed.

Paving the floor with Vitrified Floor Tiles of size 60 X 60cm of approved brand andcolour Marbonite tiles in all floors base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement andthree sand) 20mm thick using first quality Marbonite tiles of size 60 X 60cm and pointwith colour cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and toalignment etc., complete complying with standard specification

Weathering course in concrete broken stone brick jelly 20mm size in pure slacked lime over RCC slab. The proporation being 32:12:5 for requuired slope and the thickness of as required and well beaten with wooden beaters etc., completed - 10 m3

Terrace flooring with one couse of pressed tiles of size 23 X 23 in cement mortar 1:3 mix with impermo oil 2% by weight of cement and pointed with same oiled mortar

Painting with first quality plastic emulsion paint two coats using good quality approved colour paint including all cost etc complete.

Painting with enamel paint two coats including scrapping over old wood work etc.,

Supplying and fixing PVC door frames using section 405 (4.5X4cm) including inserting 20X20mm country wood all-round, fixing in masonry with necessary wooden plugs and fixing the frame using stainless steel screws in wooden plug, complete – Matt finish

Supply fabrication and exrection of truss and gates using M.S tubular pipes cpst including painting one coat primer and two cpaots of enamel paint

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.m (56/0.3)PVC insulated SC unsheathed CU.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe concealed in wall and ceiling continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour.(SD 44)

Wiring with 2x1.5sq.mm (22/3.0) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessorie in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A switch with continous earth wire connection of SWGTC wire for PVC open light.

Supply and fixing of Box type single fluorescent fitting suitable for the one no. Fluorescent Tube with copper choke & Condensor complete including all charges and as per direction of departmental officers ect complete.

Supply of approved quality HDPE water tank of including all cost etc complete
