AMC contract for three years for below mentioned lifts, includes the inspection, maintenance and replacement of proprietary items of the equipment excluding consumables i.e. batteries, lights and cabin fan. There will be regular inspections of the lifts by the authorized service engineer to be nominated by the firm irrespective of the condition whether the lifts are in working or in breakdown condition. Whenever there will be any break down of the lifts local authorized service engineer will attend the site immediately after receipt of the complaint, being the prestigious institution, for providing care services round the clock. In case local engineer fails to rectify the fault, the service engineer of the firm shall attend to the fault along with the required spare parts of the lifts within 24 hrs without fail. Details of Lifts 1. Lift No L-D1380 Johnson 10 persons (680 kgs) Enduronic Lift G+4 upper floors. 2. Lift No L-D1381 Johnson 10 persons (680 kgs) Enduronic Lift G+4 upper floors. 3. Lift No L-D1382 Johnson 13 persons (884 kgs) Pentagon (5 sides) lift B+G+4 upper floors.
