REFER TO SOR OF "PART-A : Civil & Electrical Job and PART-B : Civil & Electrical Job" excluding RFQ Line items 00030& 00040 PF, ESI & EDLI REIMBURSEMENT. & GST (as the same are to be borne by contractor except RFQ Line items 00030 & 00040 for which reimbursement shall be made by IOCL). No quotation against excluding RFQ Line items 00030 & 00040 PF,ESI&EDLI REIMBURSEMENT is asked. The award for the highest value part (Part-A) of the job will be made to the lowest (L1) bidder. Award of remaining part (Part B) will be determined by offering a chance to other bidders to match their quoted price with the quoted / negotiated price of L1 in ascending order of their quoted price (L2, L3, L4…..etc.)
