Supply only approved liquid water proofing compound, Make : conplast x 421 IC, of M/s Fosroc Chemical (India) Ltd or equivalent

Material and labour for rendering 15mm (average) thick in CM (1:4) on concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with water water proofing compound all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed (WPC shall be paid & measured separately)

Material and labour for Applying oil bounded bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm, and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less then 4.0 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less then 160 gm/sqm having softening point not less then 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength of 650 N/5 cm and 350 N/5cm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforcement, tearing strength of 180 N by torch- on application including min 10cm side over lap & 15 cm end laps. and applying a coat of blown bitumen @ 1.20Kg/sqm hot bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 over and below the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous Aluminum paint / Primer @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Hydraulically pressed burnt clay tile plain of size 200x200x19/20mm machine made laid over & including cement mortar screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 mixed with water proofing compound and jointed pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement.

Supply and fixing in repair of 25 mm Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly- nut com-plete, scre-wed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed

Material and labour for Complete removal of existing treatment preparation of old surfaces and applying two coats of oil Bound Distemper over a coat of wall primer over a coat of 2mm thick(Average) wall care putty as on walls complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and Fixing manually operated polyester fabric roller blinds of approved colour and pattern of any size, and thickness of 0.45 mm (+/-0.05mm) including high strength aluminum alloy extruded roller grooved tube having outer diameter 38 mm (+/- 0.05mm) and thickness 1.25 mm (+/- 0.05 mm) with ball chain pulley and ball chain including mounted projected aluminum brackets of powder quoted finish etc complete all as specified and direct.
