Guest House Location: AMD Residential Complex, Nongmensong,Shillong Guest House Details: (Plinth Area: 632 Sqm & Open Area : 450 Sqm) VIP Suite -1 No. Executive Suites – 3 Nos. Normal Suites – 3 Nos. Caretaker room – 1 No. (above all with attached bathroom) Dining Halls – 2 Nos. Common toilet – 1 No., One Community Hall with 2 toilets and premises.
General Notes: 1)The contractor shall comply with the provision of the payment of Wages Act. 1936, Minimum wages Act. 1948, Employment Liability Act. 1936, Workmen’s Compensation Act. 1923, Industrial Disputes Act. 1947, Maternity Benefits Act. 1961, and the Contract Labour (R &A) Act. 1970 and amendments thereof and other laws relating thereto and the rules made there under from time to time. 2) Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes including GST. 3) Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO & ESIC Contribution. Actual Expenditure made by the contractor towards EPFO & ESIC Contribution shall be reimbursed by the department separately on production of valid proof of payment made by the Contractor in respect of these items. 4) Contractors should read the scope of work properly which are given at Annexure-I, II & III before quoting their rates. 5) Food Bill shall be charged only as per approved Menu given at Annexure-II. 6) For their own interest, Contractors are advised to inspect the site with prior permission before quoting their rates. 7.Minimum workers to be engaged by the contractor is Cook-1 No. women/men, Attendent-2 Nos. Receptionist-01 No. 8.Water and electricity shall be supplied by Department at free of cost.
