Dismantling of corrugated AC sheets.

S/F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of minimum 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified. All the sheets shall have 28-32mm crests depth with 06 nos crest in one sheet (of 1m width) and 02 ribs within two crests for stiffning. Make- Tata/ JSW. Color shall be approved by EIC.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar.

M/L Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in 1:6 cement mortar.

Taking down of cement plaster on brick wall includig taking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. alongwith brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg of cement per Sqm and Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with 1:4 cement plaster and surface to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)

S/F of fibre glass 2 mm reinforced translucent cprrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof (polycarbonate).

Applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces with making complete smooth surface.Make:Birla /J.K.Wall Putty as directed by EIC.

Preparation of old painted surfaces and providing two coats of exterior emulsion paint on wall surfaces as approved over one coat of primer. Make: Asian (Apex Ultima)/ Berger (Weather coat all guard) as directed by EIC.

Preparation of old steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint. Make: ASIAN (Apcolite) /BERGER (Luxul High Gloss).

Applying of two coats of black bituminous paint

Cleaning of roofs, removal of wild growth from buildings and uprooting the shrubs, herbs, peepal trees from the wall or at any position and applying acid to these areas and making surface good with 1:4 cement mortar.
