Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out. construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. Mechanical means as per MORT&H Specifications clause 304

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete and including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. as directed by Engineer Incharge. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone ballast of approved quarry (Ghatri) of 53~22.4mm size to water bound macadam of G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with crushable screening material i.e. stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricadding etc. including the cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per MORTH specifications no 404.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.50% emulsion in Uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve th desire density. (Rates are including cost of Bitumen Emulsion)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. including Supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for Proper completion of work as per MORTH 503 (Rates are including cost of Bitumen)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 509 Complete in all respects. Grading-II

Construction of Embankment with Material depositod from Roadway Cutting Construction of embankment with.approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300-2. as per MORT&H Specifications Sl.No. 3.18 clause 305 Complete in all respects.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete (M-40) pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (Lead upto 1.000 Km)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. as per DSR.no. 4.1.1

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:3 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .as per DSR.no.-6.8

Providing, laying, 45-63mm size Stone Ballast Ghatri Quarry under Hume pipe

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth.as per DSR.no.-13.9.1

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. (coarse sand not less than in 2.36 FM) as per DSR.no.-4.1.8

RCC work Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per D.S.R. No.-5.1.2 SOR Ch. No.-5 Sl.No--10

Supplying, Fitting and placing uncoated mild steel reinforcement complete in foundation as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Laying of (350 mm Np-3 hume pipe) RCC hume pipe in of Class NP-3 of approved make of quality at site complete. Including all taxes as per direction of engineer Incharge.

Laying of (600 mm Np-3 hume pipe) RCC hume pipe in of Class NP-3 of approved make of quality at site complete. Including all taxes as per direction of engineer Incharge.
