Required2. Treasury challan/demand Draft/Pay order or bankers cheque/ Deposit at call Receipt /FDR/Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled Bank against EMD

Required3. Upto date valid Enlistment Order of the Contractor.

Required4. Notarized Affidavit of Non-black listing by CPWD/State/Central departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies as per Form J. (Not older than the date of Notice Inviting tender (i.e.14.08.2023)

Required5. Integrity Pact signed by the bidder in presence of a witness for works equal to or above the threshold value given in Schedule F

Required6. GST registration certificate of the state in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder.

Required7. Proof of ownership of tanker or tie-up with tankers owners in the form of agreement Enlistment Order of the Contractor.

Required8. Experience certificate for having completed such specialized jobs with the departments of requisite value. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration in the state in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities then in such as case the bidder shall scan and upload following under taking along with other bid documents in his letter head.

RequiredIf work is awarded to me, I/We shall obtain GST registration Certificate of the state, in which work is to be taken up, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I/We shall be responsible for any delay in payments which will be due towards me/us on a/c of the work executed and/ or for any action taken by CPWD or GST department in this regard.
