Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 200 mm dia (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 150 mm dia (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connection, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connection, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonry with best quality stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of item No 12 here-in-above but except stones, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Flush pointing to block in course or ashlar masonry or concrete block walling in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on outside brick wall of manhole /septic tank /concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Setting coat of 3mm thick of cement mortar (1:2), trowelled to even and smooth finish over rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work finished surface even & smooth with using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floor, sub-base, floor and pavings, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic tiles (coloured tiles) in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair face of brick work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for cover slab for Man holes / Septic tank set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT Bars of 6 mm dia to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 200mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed in cement mortar 1:2 complete with collars complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Laying of sewage line in running sewage water & temporary diversion/plugged of existing sewage line & bailing of sewage water is the responsibility of contractor and the rate for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for laying 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed in cement mortar 1:2 complete with collars complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Laying of sewage line in running sewage water & temporary diversion/plugged of existing sewage line & bailing of sewage water is the responsibility of contractor and the rate for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

S&F in repair Galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type or standard rails straining bolt, including securing or tying at crossing with provision of Galvanised mild steel wire staple pin etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), three layer, hoisted and fixed in position 1000 ltrs all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank of any capacity & any size and depth including inlet and outlet chamber i.e taking out sludge/mud/debris and any other organic materials after plugging the incoming sewage line, loading to the cart/lorry & depositing not less than 100 metre away from site, cleaning and covering the deposited sludge with minimum 25cm thick layer of earth, complete all as specified and directed. (All work to be carried out under foul condition.)

Cleaning of 150mm bore sewage lines/drain pipes including manholes laid to any slope or gradient, any depth with manual or mechanical method, removing and depositing the sludge not less than 100 metre away from the site of clearing and covering the sludge with layer of 25mm thick layer of earth and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole, complete all as specified and directed. (All work to be carried out under foul condition.)

Cleaning of 100mm bore sewage lines/drain pipes including manholes laid to any slope or gradient, any depth with manual or mechanical method, removing and depositing the sludge not less than 100 metre away from the site of clearing and covering the sludge with layer of 25mm thick layer of earth and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole, complete all as specified and directed. (All work to be carried out under foul condition.)

Cleaning of blocked WC including and upto first manhole with manual labour and well flushing with clean water and the seat functional including depositing the sludge not less than 100m away in pit including digging of pit, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked nahani/floor gully trap upto first manhole with manual labour and well flushing with clean water including depositing the sludge not less than 100m away in pit including digging of pit, complete all as specified and directed.
