Material and Labour for Cleaning of Sewer lines from Manhole to Manhole of any depth and any dia of pipe including testing sewer line by pouring water complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Cleaning of Manhole of any size and any depth including taking out sludge, sewer water, any other materials etc and disposal of the same outside MD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Excavation in trenches for exposing the Sewage line and breaking or puncturing SGSW pipe horizontally on top to facilitate for clearing the blocked sewer line from Manhole to the location where the SGSW pipe is blocked, and covering the broken or punctured portion of SGSW pipe from the top and sealing the opening with suitable sleeve or cover in cement mortar 1:3 including returning filling and ramming in trenches with excavated earth and disposal off surplus earth to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge (irrespective of depth and type of soil).
Cleaning of blockages from Nahani trap to Gully trap by Roding etc and cleaning the sludge from NT taking up and refixing the grating in Cement mortar 1:3 including testing by pouring the water until smooth flow, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Cleaning of blockages from Gully trap to 1st Manhole length of sewer line not exceeding 5mtr by roding etc and cleaning all sludge from Gully trap to 1st Manhole including pouring water until the smooth flow and necessary earth work and disposal of sludge etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Cleaning of blockages from water closet including cleaning the soil pipe (for 1st and 2nd floor) by removing the access door cover in the bend and refixing it after cleaning the pipe, pouring water until smooth flow including necessary earth work and making good damages, if any to plinth protection, Manhole etc., all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Demolition of existing SGSW gully trap including PCC kerb etc and Supply and Fix SGSW gully trap Square mouthed 100mm size set in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, block measuring 450mm and 100mm thick bed concrete and jointing to drain pipe in cement mortar 1:1 including 100x150mm high PCC kerb in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 with Cast Iron perforated grating of size 150 x 150mm, bituminous coated including disposal of waste/ sludge complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Demolition of PCC around floor trap and dismantling existing floor trap and cleaning the blockage of pipe from floor trap to gully trap and Supply and Fix PVC (SWR) floor / Nahani trap of size upto 100mm (square / round) in existing pipe and embedding in Cement mortar 1:1, including lowering or raising with vertical piece with PVC pipe for jointing trap and fixing gratings at true level of floor complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Removing / Bailing of sewage water from the septic tank of various capacities and disposal outside MD land including necessary cutting and removing all vegetations/bushes etc in and around septic tank and filter bed and removing debris outside MD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Cost of Cutting and removing of bushes shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate against the item.
Removal of sludge deposits/sediments from septic tank of various capacities and disposal of the same outside MD land including cutting and removing all vegetations/bushes etc., in and around septic tank and filter bed including uprooting of small plants around septic tanks and filter beds and removing debris outside MD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Removal / taking out of sludge, muck consisting of loose aggregate sediments, mud etc from filter bed and refilling the same after cleaning/washing into the filter bed complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth, and getting out in hard / dense soil etc., including trimming bottom and sides of trenches, levelling/grading and ramming bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0m in depth, and getting out in hard / dense soil etc., including trimming bottom and sides of trenches, levelling/grading and ramming bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in hard / dense soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 50m and not exceeding 100m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Demolition and breaking up drain pipe SGSW (Salt glazed stone ware) set in Cement Mortar, 150mm internal dia and getting out from trenches complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and Labour for Cutting into existing Manhole for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for internal dia of pipe 150mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and Labour for 150mm internal dia of pipe SGSW (salt glazed stone ware) drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed in CM (1:1)and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and Labour for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in PCC 1:3:6, type C2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including PCC coping etc., including disposal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and Labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:6 all as specified and directed.
Material and Labour Pre-Cast Cement Concrete block masonry with solid blocks, in PCC 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and Labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching including finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete and removing the rubbish off the premises to a distance n.exc.50m complete all as specified and directed.
Material and Labour for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in CM (1:4) finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations of Manholes and mass concrete all as specified and directed.
