Annual Maintenance contract of fire fighting system of Udyog vardhani Buiding @ Aurangabad, STPI chikhalthana, MIDC staff colony including inspection,servicing and testing of entire electrical and fire alarm system as per direction of engineer in charge.. The item includes quarterly visit for checking/ inspection of normal operation for all parameters, carryout all necessary repairs cropped up during this including all labours,necessary repairs,misc spares and travel charges etc complete.

Providing fire-mens for day to day operation of fire fighting system @Staff Colony at Abad , RO building and STPI @ Aurangabad. For the period of one year .

Monthly inspection of all UPS in Udyog Shakti building and RO office with one skilled and one unskilled labour , all required tools Job includes 1) Monthly servicing 2) on call repair 3) replacement of all spares within 24 hours (Spares supplied by MIDC free of cost ) .

Monthly inspection of all IP EPABX system and LAN System installed @ Udyog Shakti building and RO office with one skilled and one unskilled labour , all required tools Job includes 1) Monthly visit 2) on call repair 3) replacement of all spares within 24 hours (Spares supplied by MIDC free of cost ) .

Maintenance of street lights including High-mast including providing licensed Electrician wireman & labours for day to day checking, identifying & rectifying the the faults in street light system, replacing of burnt accessories of street light fixtures, FRP box, cable, wires, pipes, etc.as directed by Engineer-in charge( Materials such as lamp,chock,igniters,wires, FRP box, pipes, etc.will be supplied by MIDC).

Refilling of fire extinguisher of CO2 type by dismantling from site to workshop for refilling which includes removing of existing CO2 gas and cleaning the cylinder, delivery pipe , nozzle internally and refilling fresh CO2 gas complete with reinstalling properly at site with necessary certificate.
