Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 & 2025-26 - Satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 13.23 lakhs

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 & 2025-26 - The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing building electrification works and should have executed similar electrical works totaling Rs. 13.23 Lakhs in any one year

A valid ESI & EPF Registration certificate shall be enclosed by tenderer

The bidder shall mandatorily visit the site and in proof of that GPS Photo of that location along with the letter should be uploaded

Income Tax Returns for any two years in the last 5 years should be uploaded

The bidder shall submit GST and PAN registration certificate

Assessed available tender capacity shall be uploaded

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 & 2025-26 - Achieved in at least Two Financial years annual financial turnover (in all classes of Electrical works only) of Rs. 52.91 lakhs
