Providing, laying, WBM Grade-3 with 22.4-53mm size Stone Ballast spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific Sizes to Water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with theree wheeled static roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening /binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Grading-3 as per Clause 405.3. (Including all taxes required & i/c hire charges of road roller)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including celaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70Kg/Sqm using mechinical means . As per Technical specification Clause 502( Including all Taxes required & including cost of bitumen emulsion.)

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface of bituminous/ surface treated with primer & Cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical specification Clause 503(Including all Taxes required & including cost of bitumen VG-10.)

Providing & Laying dense graded bituminous macadam (DBM) Grading -1 with 120 TPH Batch type HMP Producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggragates of specified grading premixed with bituminious binder @4.5 % weight of total mix & filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hybrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level & alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specifications clause 507 complete in all respect.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen (VG-30) over Bituminous Surface using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface of bituminous/ surface treated with primer & Cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical specification Clause 503(Including all Taxes required & including cost of bitumen VG-30.)

Providing & Laying semi dense Bituminous concrete (BC) with 120 Tph batch type HMP Producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggragates of specified grading premixed with bituminious binder @5.4 to 5.6 % weight of total mix & filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hybrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level & alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory & tendem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specifications clause 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and Laying of hot applied Thermoplastic Compound including reflectorising glass beads @250gm per Sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC.35.The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes.
