Providing and laying of 16mm² 3 core specially formulated PVC compound insulated sheathered with abrasion resistance PVC compound impermeable to water, oil, grease etc. copper submersible cable from starter to motor including, thimbling etc. The cable is to be laid in single length (CRI make).

Providing and fitting of fully automatically star delta starter of L and T make MU-G50. The starter shall be of sheet enclosure type suitable for operating in 3Phase, 415v, 50hz AC power supply. The starter shall also have ON/OFF, voltage & current indication. The job includes providing/fitting of nuts & bolts, thimbles etc. The job is to be carried out as per the directions of site in-charge. (complete job)

Fabrication/Providing/ installation/ testing & commissioning of suction & delivering manifold by way of Providing & fixing of:- 450mm dia regulating valves = 2 No. NRV 150mm dia = 2 No. 150mm dia long radius bed = 04 No (along with flanges on both side) 150mm dia MS pipe “C” class incl. required gaskets for reducers/increasers = 30 rft All control valves should be of D.I (CRI) make. Providing, fitting, installation and testing of self priming pump set of size 80mm x 85mm shall be connected to 01 No. Horizontal type pumping equipments. The priming pump set shall be of Crompton/Kirloskar /CRI. The priming pump shall be mono block type mounted on a channel iron common base plate. The capacity of the pumping equipment shall be of 5 HP. The speed of the pumping equipment 2900RPM. The job includes of all accessories as per the requirement at site as mentioned below. MS suction pipe of 50mm dia = 15ft MS delivery pipe of 50mm dia = 10ft Ball valve of 50mm dia = 04 No C.I foot valve 50mm dia = 01 No G.I bends, elbows, sockets, flanges, nipples as per site requirement. 4mm2 PVC Copper conductor as per site requirement.
